We went into the Brislington store purely to have a look and see what we might want to get online, Reiss came over to offer us some help and really helped to figure out the best option for us as we had no idea what we were looking for! We ended up taking a mattress home within half an hour of walking through to door, with Reiss helping us from this point right up to getting the mattress in our car!

No delivery!!!
Missed delivery, no bed for a week, and hours of unanswered chat
My bed was due to be delivered today on the agreed date. It never arrived. When I finally got a response in chat at 14:42, I was told there'd been a "system error" and the delivery hadn't been flagged â through no fault of mine, my order simply fell through the cracks.
Both my husband and I are disabled, which makes being left without a bed for a week a far more serious issue than a simple inconvenience.
As a "goodwill gesture" I was offered a weekend delivery slot next Saturday and free assembly. But the weekend slot isn't really a gesture of goodwill â it's just fixing a problem Dreams caused, at no extra cost to me, which is the least I'd expect. The real issue is that I gave away my old bed because I trusted the agreed delivery date, and given our circumstances, going without proper sleeping arrangements for a week is not something we can just absorb.
After raising this, I was told my case would be passed to the escalations team. That was at 14:46. I then waited over 30 minutes with no response, had to chase again, and asked for a formal complaint to be logged and a manager to call me. As of now, I'm still waiting to hear from anyone.
A system error meant my delivery was missed, and as disabled customers we've been left to deal with serious consequences with very little urgency shown in return. I'd expect much better communication and a genuine resolution â not just a discount on an already-necessary fix.

I originally wrote a negative review but the company went out of their way to make sure I received a resolution and a great service.
I spoke to the legal team who personally called me to discuss my issue and along with him and the customer service rep we got my replacement bed within a day!
The delivery/assembly team were great too, they built my bed, added my mattress from downstairs and took the rubbish and old bed with them!
This has been a great experience and I want to say thank you to Dreams for making this happen!

I recently ordered a king-sizeâŠ
I recently ordered a king-size mattress, but unfortunately when it was delivered, it turned out to be a double.
I contacted the Merthyr store where I made the purchase, and Kelly, the sales advisor who had originally helped me, answered the phone. I explained what had happened, and she immediately took ownership of the issue. Within 30 minutes, Kelly called me back to let me know that a replacement king-size mattress would be delivered within two hours.
To my surprise, there was a knock at the door just an hour later! The replacement arrived, and this time it was the correct size.
A huge thank you to Kelly for her excellent customer service and to Dave and Matthew, the fantastic delivery drivers, for resolving everything so quickly and professionally.
Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're put right that really matters. I highly recommend this store and truly appreciate the outstanding service I received. Thank you again, Kelly, Dave and Matthew!
