Half of my life became easier with the purchase of Dreams bed and Mattress!!!

Friendly server who knew their stuff! Made the whole purchase painless and enjoyable.

We were served by Phil in Clapham Dreams bed store. He was patient with us, answered all of our queries, kind and witty. Would definitely return to this store for future purchases.

Good service and very kind lady named edwina helped us.

Had a brilliant experience with Natalie in the Solihull store. Did the sleep match and found a great mattress - no pressure at all, and asked her to stay in touch. A month later she got in touch and gave us the best service. Very happy with our purchase.

Had to have a mattress changed as it wouldn't go up the stairs, fine, but it took over a week and multiple calls to customer service as a system upgrade basically broke everything for that long to even reorder it, waited a further 2 weeks for delivery, it's been delivered today, minus the headboard. Delivery guy didn't have it on his sheet of things or obviously in the van, not his fault, but it's definitely part of the order. Called customer service again and the only option is to get a call back as over 1 hour waits, 3 hours plus later and no call back so I try again, now the lines are closed due to 'technical issues'. If I could give less than one star I would.

Waiting all day for contact and now phone lines down. Ordered a bed in store last week and now its dropped in price. Website is very unclear on whether this counts as a price promise and went in store who told me to contact directly but that I should get the refund- but couldn't promise anything. Delivery is tomorrow so will lose any leg to stand on...

Ellie was brilliant this morning so helpful sorting a new bed out for my son helping them choose their new mattress on the 'choose your mattress' system .... and then showing his girlfriend the tempur ice pillow which she fell in love with !! .... all in all a friendly, informative helpful service - no pushyness .... just helpfulness which is what you need

We visited Dreams loudwater today walked in salesperson said hi we said we are looking for an electric bed he said we have a lot upstairs we were shown to the lift thinking he or someone would come up and demonstrate the beds for us we were up there a good half an hour no one came we got in lift came back down 3 people on computers no one spoke or asked us how we got in did we see anything we liked nothing so we just walked out I’m totally disgusted their loss so glad we never purchased from them if this is their customer service

I went in with a idea of the mattress I wanted. Tammy took to two possible options. I settled on the first one, which actually was the cheaper of the two.
There was no pressure to buy dearer or additional items.

Went into our local store in Blyth Northumberland and was greeted by Karen
She was incredibly helpful, patient, and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the differences between various pocket spring and memory foam options without any high-pressure sales tactics.She showed excellent customer service and we were confident in her advice that we bought a mattress and ottoman base during our visit.5 stars all round ⭐️

Staff played with my daughter to keep her company and really appreciated this. Really pleased 🤩 highly recommend going to this store for bed snd mattress 😍
