I wish that I could have giving 0 stars because I would have. This is the worst experience I've ever had with buying a car! Everyone was nice yes, Yamilet which is who helped me get the car was nice however, I got the car on December 4th. A few days later the car started overheating and has been in the repair shop since. I haven't hardly driven the car at all since I've had it! The finance company still expects for you to make your first payment as normal as if everything is ok when it's not!
Do not buy a car from here. I should have known something was not right when Yamilet pretended as if she was checking the car to make sure everything was ok then she proceeded to pop the hood and said "Oh the water coolant is fine". It didn't dawn on me until a few days later the coolant was leaking everywhere and car over heating. It is still at a repair facility. I am a pissed off unhappy customer.

Such an easy, seamless experience. Tameka was so helpful and friendly. I was able to get a car the same day (only had a weekend to get one) and with a small downpayment. There are $0 down options as well.

Amber was excellent! She helped me and my significant other we are very young 19 and 20 yrs old and this was his first time purchasing a vehicle . Thankfully they work with individuals who haven’t had the opportunity to build their credit yet , Amber was very helpful and we ended up being able to afford a vehicle that day with affordable payments and everything went smoothly ! I highly Recommend using drive time to try to get a vehicle rather than going to a dealership if you are in similar financial situation . Thank you guys so much ! We are very happy with the vehicle and ready to start our little family if it wasn’t for drive time I feel like we would have struggled a lot more . My partner whom purchased the vehicle works nightshift in a wear house and he was spending over $1,000 a month on Ubers alone to commute back and worth to work only 35 minutes away from our home . Drivetime offers many different options to individuals looking to start their credit journey or those in need or transportation that can afford a down payment . We left drivetime spending less then $400 on a down payment for our vehicle , and purchasing vehicle insurance so it was very affordable for us , they do vehicle checks on the car via credible online services inputting the cars info before you purchase it and everything came back clear good to go, I trust that Amber was upfront and honest with us and she provided us with excellent care ! we are beyond grateful for the customer service and everything they do at drivetime . Thank you !

Amazing 🤩 the atmosphere was nice the customer service towards me and my children was over the top, me & family are so happy with our decision.

Excellent buying experience for a very stressful situation. Tameka is amazing. She is terrific! It was fun spending time with her. She deserves a big bonus!

First of all, let me just start with saying Matt the assistant manager at the Lakeland lot is the total MVP!!!! He was kind, patient (he needed to be with me, I had no clue what I was doing!), and totally up front and honest the whole time. He even told me to go look at the other dealerships that Drive time had to make sure I got exactly what I thought I wanted. Needless to say Matt's award winning personality brought me back to him just for him to pull the white rabbit out of his hat at the last minute. Because you see, I had totaled my car and had to buy a new one right away. I had no clue what I wanted and pretty much test drove everything. Just for Matt to surprise me with a car I would have never picked for myself. Told me to be open minded and try it. He was 1000x right. I fell in love with it and happily bought the car I never knew I wanted. Thank you so much Matt!! You are such a blessing! I'll be coming back for all my future car needs!

The lady that sold me the car and help me get into the car tameka she is Superwoman she knows her job she did a lot of work to get me in that car the same day I come in there she saved my job she is Superwoman I will send anyone in there and leave the car see her she knows her job and she knows how to get things done it went above and beyond help me get into a car is she pick me a great car to very happy with the vehicle but y'all should give her a raise
