Pina at the Bracknell store went above and beyond to help my brother and I with gifts to our mum. She explained everything didn’t rush us and showed every option available for what we were looking for.
Pina was kind helpful professional and more then happy to help. She’s a true credit to the team.

A five-star experience turned into a bitter disappointment. My husband purchased a beautiful ring from Ernest Jones for over £3000 to celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversary. We expected the quality and durability to match the price tag. Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but satisfactory.

Within a short period, the ring became misshapen and, to our dismay, a diamond fell out. We were shocked that a piece of such significant value would fail so easily. Reluctantly, we paid for the repair, during which we were explicitly assured by the staff at Ernest Jones that this issue would not happen again.

Despite their promise, the ring has once again become misshapen. I have been exceptionally careful with this piece of jewellery, removing it during sleep, exercise, and any form of housework. It has not been subjected to any strenuous activity that could be considered "accidental damage," as Ernest Jones now claims. This is, in my view, a clear attempt to shift the blame for what I can only assume is a fault in the ring's design or craftsmanship.

To add to our frustration, we own an eternity ring of a similar value, also purchased from Ernest Jones over 20 years ago. This older ring has been worn constantly, only being removed for sleep, and has never once had an issue. This starkly contrasts with our recent purchase and suggests a decline in the quality of their products.

We are left with a ring that is not fit for purpose and a feeling of being let down and misled. The promise made to us has been broken, and the company's refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. I expected better from a reputable jeweller like Ernest Jones. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering a significant purchase to think twice.

We met with Tom just before Christmas. He was very helpful, polite and professional. We ordered a wedding band and needed a ring alteration. He explained the process and we felt comfortable leaving a ring with great sentimental value. Thank you for the excellent service.

Worst experience ever. I bought my wedding ring from them and the quality is so poor that after wearing it 6 months one of the stones came out. Not only that they did not repair it, they have asked for £400 to repair one stone. I bought the ring with just over £400 so this is unacceptable. Worst products and customer services. Will never buy again.

I can’t praise Kimberley, the assistant manager, enough for her excellent customer service. I was buying a watch for myself and was rather indecisive! She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed at all came away having bought a really beautiful watch. Thank you so much, Kimberley.

I had a beautiful engagement ring that when off for a repair. Long and short of the story, the ring was ruined. I was offered a new ring, reluctantly I agreed and chose another ring. After about 6 months the diamond in the middle went yellow. I was told it was my fault for wearing fake tan! However they did agree to replace it. I’m now on my second ring (same style) and it’s gone yellow again. Ernest Jones, said it’s dirt and sent it off for a clean. I’m so upset, my original engagement ring was beautiful. I’m sure it’s the quality of the stone. I’m due to collect this week. If the stone is still discoloured (even the assistant agreed it was). I will be escalating. I feel I’ve been fobbed off. Diamonds do not go yellow,
