They offer a 10 year quality guarantee. My partners engagement ring lasted a month before the clasp holding the diamond bent and the diamond came out. They blamed us, saying it was damaged, it was brushed against a door. The type of contact it would get hundreds of times over a year. Quality is appalling, it wasn’t cheap and to blame us is disgusting. Where is the customer service levels, no benefit of the doubt.

Left us battling over a ring rather than being happy about the engagement. Neither of us trust that ring now, saving for a replacement has begun. Can tell you where I won’t be shopping for it.

Will never shop there again.

N.B. we have already discussed it with their “customer service team”. Them asking to call back to discuss it is a public false front. There is nothing to discuss. They blame us and ignore common sense about the level of force that should be required to bend a ring.

We cannot fault the customer care and service we received from Isobel when buying our wedding rings. There was so much care and attention to detail, we weren’t rushed and pushed into making any decisions. The whole service felt personal as when we went to pick the rings up, Isobel wasn’t in store and I said my name and Tilly knew exactly which ring we were there to collect. Everyone in the store who we spoke to during our multiple visits was fantastic though. Highly highly recommend!!

We went into Ernest Jones to purchase our wedding rings. From the moment we met Tilly she was friendly, professional and helpful. Tilly listened to what we wanted and the whole experience was wonderful especially for such a special purchase. We would highly recommend visiting this store.

We went into the Hanley branch to make a very important purchase and Tilly was wonderfully helpful and understood immediately what we were looking for and ensured she answered all of our questions accurately, offering suggestions as appropriate. Thank you Tilly you are such an asset to the organisation.

Bought watch, which was only available from the manufacturer, ordered and price matched, so a real bargain.
Watch due early June 2025, arrived early May, 2 weeks after ordering, so full marks.
Service faultless, price ultra competitive, staff attentive and helpful, simply 10/10.

I was gifted a bracelet which was very delicate and I hardly wore it. It snapped on the third time I wore it. I felt really anxious about going in hoping to exchange it for something else after reading some reviews on here about things being sent off for repair and bad after service in general. The ladies in the Hanley branch were very welcoming and very understanding about what had happened and offered an exchange.
I immediately felt at ease and we looked for an alternative which I took home.
Thank you so much. You have made my day. I will return to this store and recommend this branch to friends and family.

And recently went in for some advice on purchasing a special gift for my partner.

I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady named Alma who was very patient and helpful.
I was very grateful for her advice in helping me make the right choice.

I took my watch in with a broken strap and was seen straight away, repaired in minutes and dealt with by the manager who was really friendly and accommodating. All with no charge.

Our assistant was Georgia who was always very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us ! Georgia made us feel very welcome and helped us make our purchase .

I just want to say how grateful I am to Jane the store manager for her outstanding customer service. On returning a faulty watch of my daughters that we purchased for a special occasion Jane went out of her way to get a replacement for us . She is so kind and friendly and we really appreciate how helpful she was . We would definitely recommend this store and its staff.

Absolute 5 star customer service in the Hanley branch Stoke on Trent . Both Jane and Adam were so helpful and kind nothing was too much trouble they sorted my issue with my ring in a timely manner thank you so much guys for your help .
