Great product selection and keen prices.

After purchasing a breitling watch from Ernest Jones’s online 20/05/2023… I noticed the watch had stopped working December 2024 so I contacted Ernest jones customer service. Where I was told that the watch is still under a 2 year warranty and to go into any Ernest jones branch and they would send it off under warranty, that’s what I did only to get told that I needed the warranty card and that the invoice that I had wasn’t gud enough…. Then the sales lady’s also told me it’s probably best for me to come back after Xmas and the new year as my watch would probably end up in a safe over the holidays… [I accept that] so I waited and returned to Solihull Ernest jones on Friday 3rd of Jan 2025 with the watch and the cards only to be told now Ernest jones apparently stopped selling breitling and they don’t cover any warranty’s…. So after spending £3k on a watch from Ernest jones apparently I’ve no warranty and looking online it looks like I gotta pay around £150 to replace the battery….

We've shopping in Ernest Jones at Solihull for a number of years now and purchased quite number of products.I had to exchange my wife's gold bracelet but brought in incorrect receipt,the ladies at Solihull branch were so helpful and traced my original receipt for the product I brought back. The service is excellent and can't fault the way they looked after me,and we will be most certainly shopping there again. 👍

Had a problem with my engagement ring went to the Solihull branch, Caroline has been nothing but fabulous.always keeping me updated with a phone call very professional and just a really nice lady. Costumer service was brilliant 100% would return to see Caroline

A massive shout out to Caroline for today. For our one year anniversary gifts, Caroline was her usual fantastic self - providing valuable feedback and even told us the history of the Hamilton watch. Spent time with us deciding on an eternity ring for me too. Caroline is professional, experienced and provides excellent customer service always. Went in the Solihull branch of Ernest Jones to buy a Hamilton watch. Service was very professional and very friendly.
Bought watch and ordered another strap.

I went today to purchase a ring from the Touchwood branch of Ernest Jones as a gift . I had ordered the ring size that i had required the previous weekend over the phone for collection this weekend . Caroline the assistant was very helpful and professional throughout the purchase of the ring . Caroline is a credit to the company . The store has got wonderful ranges, from watches to jewelleries at a reasonable price.
Not just watches and jewelleries, the store has brilliant Customer Service, excellent and well spoken/mannered staff, such as Amina and other colleagues.

I visited Ernest Jones Solihull and had a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing service provided by Amina. She was very nice, polite and helpful. and I really recommend asking for her when visiting.

I was sold a watch by a delightful young lady called Raj. She was fabulous!

Where do I start, let’s have a go with the basics, expert professional service from the point of entry to the time I left the store.

Both Debbie and Ameena were brilliant, had a complex purchase being a military veteran and the they both went above and beyond to help.

Both are real ambassadors for the Ernest Jones brand, reward and recognition for these dutiful employees who put customer service at the heart of the brand is a rare thing to find on the retail high street.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I went in as there was a fault on my bracelet it was very upsetting as I hadn't worn it since the last repair! So when I put it on and snapped in the same place I was furious. I went into the solihull store with my platinum cover and my bracelet, I was met by Debbie (the manager) and Gurj (the supervisor) they could see how distraught i was .Debbie could see it had happened before and I explained that I hadn't worn it si ce the last Repair ,rather than send it back again she exchanged it .she also reassured my if it happens again we will look for something different. I hope it doesn't as I really love the design. Anyway I cant praise them enough. They've put my faith back in your company. Thanks ladies..

The sales assistants were very helpful and I got exactly what I wanted.

The staff were so helpful and polite it really was an absolute pleasure to be expertly assisted by such love staff. The store is excellently presented and has lovely watches. Thanks you for your help and guidance.

My mum and I went into Solihull branch to have a look at watches. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and their help was fabulous. We were so well supported that we not only bought the watch, but two bracelets and a necklace for birthdays for my sons 21st and my husbands birthday next week. We did all our shopping under one roof with amazing customer service. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely be returning to the store for more jewellery purchases in the future.
