Ordered Halo: Campaign Evolved for Xbox Series X on the 5th of July, with a release date of 28th of July you’d think there’s plenty of time for them to get my order processed and dispatched but oh boy am I wrong.. We’re now on the 5th of August, a week after release date and there is still no sign of my game and my order state on Game’s website is ‘ Received’. Not processed.. Not Dispatched.. ‘Received’.. a whole month after ordering a game.. You can’t get ahold of anyone, AI has taken over their customer service to clearly save money and it’s
like getting blood from a stone, you just go round in circles and it has no idea what’s going on.
The reason I ordered from Game is because I wanted a physical copy, you know, the thing that’s keeping this company in business (although I’m sure this place will be gone soon enough).
Do not order anything online and hope it turns up on release day.. you’re better off just going to a store like Argos in person and collecting.

Absolute breach of consumer rights. Do not buy premium consoles here.Bought a PS5 Pro bundle, and the controller developed a mechanical hardware fault within two weeks. Took it back to the Workington branch well within the legal 30-day window under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.The store manager flatly refused to help, stated she "didn't care what the law was," and falsely claimed returns had nothing to do with them. She tried to force me to buy a second controller while pushing me to make a fake insurance claim with Domestic & General. D&G have since confirmed in writing that the manager wrongly turned me away.Shocking, aggressive customer service and zero respect for UK consumer law. Avoid this store and buy your consoles from Amazon, Currys, or Argos instead where statutory rights are actually respected. Paid via credit card so thankfully my bank is recovering the funds under Section 75. Disgusting way to treat a loyal customer and the store was Workington branch in sports direct

I ordered a switch 2 which arrived in a damaged box, that was wrapped poorly in a shopping bag from Fraser's Plus. The box even looks like it has been tampered with or re-sealed

Tie fighter box was blatantly opened, someone obviously tried to check and make sure it wasn't a collectors item they could steal. Still need to make sure nothing's missing from the box. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered mortal shell 2 reverend edition Weeks ago and out of the blue they emailed me telling me it was cancelled now I can't get the game anywhere,if you didn't have enough stock you should have not sold it to me no wonder you are almost bankrupt

Order is still not here, evri delivered to the wrong collection point now claim they can't find it, useless, do not recommend people ordering online if they persist with evri

Ordered a Lego set from Game arrived like someone has been jumping up and down on it.
Only way to return without paying postage fees is to contact customer services which states a 4-6 hour wait!
Will have to e-mail instead but that is not acceptable.

I was really disappointed with the condition of the PS5 game I received. The case was broken and had a hole in one of the corners, and overall it looked and felt like a second-hand game rather than a brand-new copy.

Games aren't cheap, so receiving a product in this condition is really disappointing. It has completely put me off buying from GAME in the future, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

Shortly after placing my order I realised I had ordered the wrong RAM device . You do stock the correct device so I tried multiple times to contact you on the weekend between 6am and 9pm when you say that your online live chat with a customer adviser is available but was unsuccessful. I was only able to 'communicate' with your BOT which could not help and live chat with a human was not available. You do not provide a phone number as a fallback option.
I now have to wait until my order is delivered, return it to you for a refund and then order the correct device.
Your online customer portal makes it very difficult to find and access the live chat option.

Ordered digital gift cards for PlayStation 5 received the codes ready to download really quickly, job done. Great communication about the progress and delivery’ of my order. Very impressed

Pre ordered an Xbox game which said would come with a preorder code.
Nothing was in the box so I emailed them and they didn't even have the decency to reply.
I have another game on preorder which I'm going to cancel.

The box for my limited edition 007 First Light PS5 controller was bashed all to hell. It's a miracle the controller actually still works. Don't use Evri they are a terrible courier company.

Poor packing disc was sitting round loose in case very poor service

I tried 2 stores, Silverlink & Metrocentre, Both stores had no stock, So I had to pay the Extra £4.99 for delivery.
No way around being charged extra

£24.99 delivered
and using the cheapest and slowest delivery service "EVRI"
Absolute disgrace.
