Très bonne expérience ! 🚗 La location s’est super bien passée, voiture propre et conforme à ce qui était prévu. Tout s’est déroulé facilement, avec un service sérieux et agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Todo perfecto, encontré el coche que necesitaba me puse en contacto con El propietario y fue todo facilisimo, me ayudó en lo que pude y yo le deje El coche como lo encontré prefecto, si alguna pega tengo es que la gasolina estaba al 40/ normalmente esta lleno pero lo deje igual, por lo demás muy bien repetiria

Bonne expérience, seul bémol : le camion n’était pas propre, probablement à cause du précédent utilisateur, et l’alarme de porte ouverte sonnait régulièrement alors que les portes étaient bien fermées.

Charlotte is very friendly and responsive. She gave me all the advice I needed as someone who had never driven an electric car before. The interior and exterior were spotless.
You need to be careful with this car if you’re travelling long distances, as it needs to be recharged frequently and you have to find charging stations. Other than that, as long as you plan ahead, there are no drawbacks.

Some time ago, I rented a car through Getaround. On the way back, we received a €50 parking fine. I immediately informed the owner of the car and paid the fine the following day. I also sent the proof of payment from the authorities to the owner.

A few weeks later, I received a message from Getaround stating that €75 had automatically been charged to my credit card: €50 for the fine plus €25 in administrative fees, because they had been informed by the owner that she had to pay a parking fine on my behalf.

I immediately contacted Getaround to explain that I had already paid the fine and that the owner was aware of this. Unfortunately, the owner had apparently not been paying enough attention and ended up paying the fine again after receiving the payment request from the authorities.

Getaround refuses to resolve the issue. According to them, the owner has to complete paperwork in order to get the money back. I asked her but she cannot be bothered to do so. As a result, I am the one who has to bear the consequences, and I have now lost a total of €125.

Even though the authorities made a mistake by sending out a payment request for a fine that had already been paid, and the car owner failed to notice this and paid a fine that had already been settled, I do not believe Getaround should be allowed to simply charge my credit card without informing me beforehand. As far as I understand, this may not even be legally permitted.

For this reason, I have decided that I will no longer use their services.

l'application simple et efficace pour la prise du véhicule et son rendu. Avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire "Dimitri" du véhicule.

Tout à bien marché

Jérôme est très sympa, très flexible et très réactif. Il s'est parfaitement adapté à nos contraintes horaires ce qui devient rare de nos jours.

La voiture était niquel, un vrai plaisir à conduire avex ses 90 chevaux ! 🔥

Je recommande sans hésiter. Foncez !

Le véhicule se conduit très bien. Pas tres propre intérieur comme extérieur, mais bien équipé et a bien servi.
Par contre attention pas de bouchon d essence et la trappe s’ouvre toute seule.
Malgré tout je recommande .

Tout s'est bien passé. Le coffre de la voiture ne se verrouilait pas et difficulté à verrouiller la voiture mais le propriétaire était réactif et s'est excusé.
