Dealt with Matt through the whole process, what a fantastic guy. Based out of Swansea store. Swansea didn’t have the product I wanted so Matt recommended the Gold Reserve website. I requested item to Store and now it’s all paid for and I’m a happy chappy. 100% satisfaction.

Served by Keira, who helped sort my scrap gold, weighed it and made the process very easy and smooth.

The communication was great. The item was beautifully packaged. The gold polishing cloth was a nice touch. All packaging is recyclable.

I am delighted with the gold locket which I ordered as a birthday gift for my granddaughter. I’m sure she will be delighted too.
