und noch mal: Eure Jungs vor Ort sind super. …. Die Waschhalle eh.

On this occasion I purchased a car wash using the app. Relatively easy to do and when I got to my local unit they scan the QR code to get started. There’s very little customer service at my local which I feel lets the place down and on a few occasions there’s something not working properly when going through the wash. I’ve experienced soap/foam not spraying, washers not spinning and power cuts. I go back as it’s local and for convenience, but I don’t use this place as often as id like due to the above.

Always open and staff are eager to clean the car. My only concern is the brush used on the boot and my third brake light… oh and those dangly cloth bits at the end designed to dry cars. When were they last cleaned?

Gute Waschanlage, guter Service

Da wurde richtig was getan. Mein Auto war nicht nur sehr sauber geworden, vor allem war es durch die neue Trocknung auch endlich von unzähligen Wasserperlen befreit. Nur hier und da ein Tropfen Wasser und kein nasses Tuch wie früher.
Bin begeistert!👍🍀

Das Ergebnis ist unterm Strich nur mäßig. Die Scheiben waren mit Wassertropfen versehen die Milchig getrocknet sind. Im unteren Bereich des Auto noch viel Dreck. Der Kostenlose Staubsauger hat nicht funktioniert. Ihr Mitarbeiter war sehr gründlich bei der Vorreinigung.

Immer freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Anlage ist perfekt. Immer gute Angebote.

Top Autowäsche top Staubsauger.
Auto war danach komplett sauber.
Hab auch die Aufbereitung probiert war sehr gut

Car not cleaned at all, machine stopped half way in, kept washing the same spot when I came out car didn’t dry and some parts not cleaned

Bad service and the place was so dirty and never cleaned anything plus dryer never moved at all just blew from top position so pointless, never use this place again(Wolverhampton)
