I contacted IMO Customer Services about an issue with my Rewards Card. Daniel was very helpful, clearly explained why the reward stamp had not been added, and kindly resolved the issue as a gesture of goodwill.

I really like that there’s someone who pre-rinses the car before it goes through the wash cycle - it makes such a difference to the overall cleanliness. My car has honestly never looked so shiny!

I queued for around 10 minutes, but it’s a really popular and well-known car wash, and seeing how many people return is a great sign. I’ll definitely be back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very poor service didn’t clean car very well especially the wheels which only one was partially washed. Very disappointing

the washing was good, but it was difficult to pay with QR-Code, e-mail and credit card

I HAVE USED MORE THAN 25 CAR WASH IN NOTTINGHAM BUT IMO CAR WASH MAPPERLEY PLAIN ROAD IS ONE OF THE BEST CAR WASH IN NOTTINGHAM .USED 3-4 TIMES EVERY WEEK BECAUSE I AM TAXI/UBER DRIVER USING THIS CAR WASH FROM LAST 3-4 YEAR ,NO COMPLAIN .QUICK , TIME SAVING ,FRIENDLY STAFF ,FAIR PRICES A LOT PARKING SPACE FOR DEEP CLEANING .MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE CHEMICAL ,FOAM ,LIQUID THEY USE WILL NOT DAMAGE OR EFFECT THE COLOUR OF YOUR CAR .Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a regular customer. I went for the Diamond Wax. Car washed squeaky clean. Highly recommended

Und die Felgen sind nicht richtig sauber

There was still bug residue on the windscreen and a small pink lump stuck on the bonnet after being cleaned

The car was still a bit dirty after the was . There were a few cobwebs near the rear view mirror which were not cleared completely and The tyre rims were not properly clean.

Also there was am offer for buying a ceramic wash n getting a free wash which was only advertised at the car wash and not on the app.

Ich war begeistert mit wie viel Mühe der nette Mitarbeiter die Vorwäsche am Auto durchgeführt hat. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Waschanlagen wo lustlos zwei mal drüber gespritzt wird.

Preis und Sauberkeit der Wäsche waren gut; leider war die Trocknung nicht ok, so dass intensives Nachpolieren notwendig war.

Ich bin begeistert, von der App bis hin zur online Bezahlung, die Autowäsche und die anschließende Möglichkeit selber zu saugen.
Da gibt es immer Platz für viele Autos.
Und auch wenn’s voll ist ist die Wartezeit nicht riesengroß.
