IMO Car Wash レビュー 

All good clean car but the drying of it wasn't that great lots of smears ..

First class and the attendant was polite and helpful

Water has been smelling like swage. Leaves a rotten smell in the entire car.

Very efficient and cost effective.

The staff was not very clear on what to do before getting the car on the automated tracks and when he. Did come to talk to us after the car got off tracks, he was rude and patronising.

Car wash itself was mediocre

It was ok ! Easy to play guys there did there job - the massive potholes driving in is absolutely ridiculous tho! Be warned.

Alles super. Jederzeit wieder !!!

Car was not really clean at all.

Das wird momentan keine Ordentliche Vorarbeit gemacht. Hatte noch viele Insekten Reste an der Frontscheibe.
Und das für 15€ 😂.
War bisschen enttäuscht 😔.
Vielleicht wird es nächste mal besser 🤝

Paid for a higher grade was for car in front but back of car wasnt preached like car in front and they never do the wheel arches. Sounds petty but hand car washed are similar in price with a better service is all im saying

The horizontal roller broker the arm of my windscreen wiper.

Paid for a triple foam and didn’t get a pre wash on the windscreen and still had marks all over the car, I had to wash the car myself after the wash

Waschpersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hat meine Kaufland Gutschrift nicht akzeptiert. Ich wurde gedrängt den QR Code schneller aufzurufen.

I purchased full programme for the automatic cleaning. Although the wash offer extra services at no extra cost (floor mats machine - self service) or hoover (again self service) I was not informed upfront nor was given the chip for the machine. The dryer is of average quality which resulted in many water spots. Staff does not speak english.

I like IMO but whenever their staff change it goes from down hill rapidly. I used the Littlehampton branch this time and as usual decided to purchase a bundle of washes through the app. Whilst waiting for the app to load my new purchases, the attendant got stroppy and said I should have purchased them at home. Rather than get into an argument I just bought another wash. They then didn’t do the pre wash spray. I pointed this out and got grunted at but it still didn’t get done. To top it off when I got to into the car wash I put my car into car wash mode as usual but the guy was aggressive and saying I wasn’t doing it right. IMO can be good but they can be also awful
