No interaction from staff they are always so miserable

Pre wash was not done properly, adequate foam was not applied and poor dryer.

Leider war meine Erfahrung mit dieser Waschanlage enttäuschend. Es handelte sich um ein Fahrzeug der Kompaktklasse, das bereits vor der Wäsche fast sauber war. Trotzdem war das Waschergebnis unzureichend. Die Trocknung funktionierte ebenfalls schlecht – die Heckklappe und die Heckscheibe waren nach der Wäsche noch komplett nass.

Nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter, geben sich Mühe, das Ergebnis ist genau wie erwartet, perfekt. War das erste Mal dort und bin überzeugt, werde bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder mein Auto dort waschen lassen

When my vehicle wash began, the employee used a jet washer on my wing mirror, causing it to detach from the vehicle. He then attempted to reattach it, but in the process cracked the mirror.

When I raised the issue, rather than acknowledging what had happened, the employee became argumentative and aggressive, insisting that he had not caused the damage. I found his behaviour unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly given that the damage occurred while my vehicle was in your care.
