I have used first time Imocarwash app. That is really fantastic with coupons, rechargeable etc. As well as staff members are very cooperating und helpful if somebody needs help.

Die Anlage selbst ist top! Aber die Sauger Laufzeit 3 min 20 ist fÃŒr 1€ schon eine Frechheit!!!!
Ist eine Seite des Autos garnicht fertig, geht das Ding aus!
Das ist leider Abzocke in großen still!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Habe mich auch direkt beschwert! Betreiber sagt , die Laufzeit wÀre 6 min!
Wer es glaubt? Zeit gestoppt bei! 3.20 min!

Pre payment system needs clarifying to avoid unnecessary delays

Only 4 stars as the queue was fairly long and the 2 operators were slow at taking payments.
The system needs to be speeded up by larger signs with full app instructions on how to pre pay in order to avoid unnecessary delays. I pre paid and it took about 5 seconds for me to be cleared onto the ramp, other customers were having lengthy chats which is infuriating.
