Quick and efficient defiantly use again

Love the shine on the car, wheels perfect, just a long wait today as we paid on Thursday after an hours wait and the machine broke down. So we paid on the 30th of July and had the car cleaned on the 3 August

Leider funktioniert oft die App nicht bzw. bei IMO Car Wash selbst. Ich kaufe immer über die App meine Wäsche und das direkt 4 Stck.
Wenn ich dann vor Ort einen einlösen möchte, wird gesagt: leider klappt dies heute nicht. Ich stehe dann dort, hinter mir eine riesen Schlange das man noch nicht mal wieder wegfahren kann ( drehen um vom Grundstück zu kommen ) und die einzige Möglichkeit ist dann, dass ich eine Wäsche vor Ort in Bar oder EC Karte zahle. Für mich ist das unbegreiflich wieso man eine App mit Zahlung darüber anbietet aber vor Ort wird dann kein QR Code angenommen ( weil das Z.Zt. nicht möglich ist ?!?! )

Unfortunately, the service did not match the price point. Ar the end the vehicle, not dried properly, leaving clear water marks and residue particularly on the windows and silver trim work. Given that this is your most expensive service.
Perfectly work of you need some quick and less detailed.

I paid for the £14 service and got diamond. The car was not clean when I left, still dead flies on the front and windscreen. Staff did not use the brush here. Everyone was getting pushed through quickly so attention to detail was missed

I always use IMO car washes. My car comes out clean and looking good every time. My local IMO in Merthyr Tydfil is really good, the staff there are friendly and always do an awesome job. They even helped me out when I had a lot of tar spots on my car and hand polished it for me to bring it back. I’m always happy with the results.

Its was just a basic machine wash, considering it was suppose to be £19 original price i had so many marks on my car, the car before had a slight scrub on part of their car we didn’t even have the scrubber touch my car, literally done so fast water sprayed on car then in the machine
My husband first said he will bring his car n do his and i was gonna come in a couple of weeks but not after that. Did download the app but gonna delete it now just wasn’t worth £19, to be fair wasn’t worth the £5 i paid. So quick n rushed

Paid £20 for the top car wash and wash left with white spots on the car where it wasn't properly dried.

Service ist excellent, friendly and everything ist perfekt. We'll come again.

At last you have now cleaned up the inside of the car wash tunnel. Watch your business grow!
But about 8 out of the 30 or so long drying mops at the end are missing. That is about 33% less efficient than the job I paid £20 for! Do you care?
The mops did look newer and cleaner the other day, but they are beginning to look dirtier again now. Again, who cares, anyway, if IMO business succeeds?
Clean up your act - cleaning up cars is your business!

I drive an older car, so I really prefer not having to waste time washing it by hand. IMO Car Wash offers a very quick and convenient way to get the car cleaned every couple of months for a very reasonable price. The staff at the Rotherham location are always helpful and generally do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
