Undeutliche sprache, waschen zu schnell, nicht sauber geworden trotz ultra hd.
Nicht empfehlenswert, einfach schlecht.

Clean was not that good, still had water marks and streaks in areas, won't use again

Leider fällt mir immer wieder auf, dß mein Auto nach der Wäsche sehr muffig riecht, was wohl an der hiesigen Wasseraufbereitung liegt.
Ich in Sachen Sauberkeit des Fahrzeuges we ich die letzten Male nicht überzeugt, trotz hochpreisigem Waschprogramm
Ich werde mich nach einer Nieren Waschnöge umsehen. .

The car looked great after the HD wash however not all the dirt was removed from the tyres. I am unable to access the app despite requesting password reset multiple times.

Wirklich komplett sauber war das Auto nicht. Das geht besser.

For the 1st time, I bought on the app b4 leaving home to wash car that morning as I was going on a trip away. Sadly, on arrival it was closed for maintenance. I had to go to a different local was. I feel mean giving 1 star as this was just unfortunate for me. But I usually hand-wash my car so this was an expensive morning as I paid twice. I have no idea when I might use it. I would not have relied this but....you asked me to.

The experince is always consistent. Therefore I always know what to expect. It makes for a smooth transition through the site from arrival to completion.

Der Mitarbeiter war sehr sehr sehr undfreundlich. So eine Person darf nicht direkte Kontakt mit Kunden haben. Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Disappointed with the wash on this occasion. It didn’t remove some of the bird droppings off my roof, which were easily wiped off by myself when I got home. Also the long drying mats that hang and move over your car at the end of the wash were not there. They had been taken off and were lying on the side. They should tell you this before you enter the car wash as you are not getting what you are paying for.

Leider bin ich nicht zufrieden es fehlt ein Mitarbeiter am Ende der Str der die restlichen Wasser Tropfen Weg ledert, Felgen 🫣 Katastrophe,
Fazit für 19€ muß ich aussteigen und sämtliche Scheiben, Stoßstange, Spiegel nachledern weil sonst Wasserflecken blleiben und meine Felgen muß ich komplett selbst noch einmal ran 🫣.
Habe auf jedenfall mehr erwartet.
Eine positive Sache gibt es natürlich auch der Lack war sauber und glänzend.

Smart pay didn’t produce an email so I was stuck in a queue and even though I could show the payment had been taken via my banking app they made me pay again before allowing me through- I couldn’t turn round. Email came yesterday & I had the car washed on Wednesday so nearly 3 days later! £41 it cost!!!!! Disgusting service

As an elderly person, I used IMO Car Wash for the first time. Having managed to find the QR code with very limited technical skills, I was pleased to find the whole process was easy. I shall certainly use IMO again.
