Excellent service from start to finish and the price was the icing on the cake

Super Service

Car wash was fine, did exactly what I expected, however when I get multiple emails saying “reminder to review a car wash” you deserve a 1 star review.

Only 4 stars as the queue was fairly long and the 2 operators were slow at taking payments.
The system needs to be speeded up by larger signs with full app instructions on how to pre pay in order to avoid unnecessary delays. I pre paid and it took about 5 seconds for me to be cleared onto the ramp, other customers were having lengthy chats which is infuriating.

Bought a voucher on- line, went to the car wash it was “closed for maintenance”. I emailed to request a refund and had no response what so ever. Very poor customer service.

Das Fahrzeug, Tesla 3, war am Heck verschmutzt und die Front wie auch die Außenspiegel waren voller Mücken Rückstände. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal bekam ich folgende Antwort: die Bürsten geben nicht mehr her. Auf nachfrage der Nachbesserung war ein abwinken und nein NEIN alles was ich an Kunden Service erfahren habe.

Quick wash it was very clean fast just what I needed and still looks very shiny

Very helpful staff, especially if you have trouble wirh your car. Very knowledgeable.

The car wash itself was fine but the person attending at the car wash was unfriendly and borderline rude. It made the experience quite uncomfortable and for that reason I’d choose to go somewhere else next time.
