Great car wash, will definitely use again.

Car was very clean after but needed an extra cloth wipe to remove excess water to prevent spots forming.

Twice now I have used your services and both times my loyalty card was not updated. If you want to con people I suggest its not me, because I won't use your Company again. Why publish a loyalty programme if its not real ??.

Schnell und professionell ich bin immer zufrieden.

I paid for the full top service because the car was very dirty. The car was still very dirty after the wash. Nothing more to say. Disappointed

Ich habe die Wäsche Ultra HD für 17€ genommen. Nach dem Durchfahren stellte ich fest, dass mein Auto überhaupt nicht sauber geworden ist. Daraufhin ging ich zum Mitarbeiter und dieser sagte mir:, Das ist normal, bei der Wäsche wird der nicht richtig sauber.‘ Ich solle lieber eine günstige Wäsche buchen und dann könnte ich bei dem Personal direkt eine ,manuelle‘ Vorwäsche kaufen. Das bringt mehr, sagte er. Als ich nocheinmal auf das Schild schaute, sah ich, dass bei meinem Programm die manuelle Vorwäsche direkt dabei ist (hatten sie aber nicht gemacht) Das Personal hat dann die Vorwäsche manuell noch einmal vorne auf der Motorhaube gemacht und dann mit einem Tuch getrocknet. Ich möchte auch anmerken, dass mein Auto gepflegt und sauber ist und ich es jede Woche wasche, bei 17 € sollte es ( meineserachtens) sauber werden. Bei Mr. Wash habe ich nie Probleme. Schade, hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin. 2 Sterne für die starken Staubsauger.

The team were very busy doing a valet so we had to wait a bit for someone to come over and spray the wheels with a pre-wash and do a bit of a jet wash around the bottom of the car before going through the car wash. He was helpful directing us into the correct position for the machine to pull us through. Just before the blowers at the end, the wand jet on the right wasn’t spraying properly, the spray was very feeble just at the side of the car not across it and most of the water was running straight down the framework.

The guy was friendly and did a very good prep work before the wash. Very good job

Staff were rude and abrupt. Was shouted at for using the app to pay and not cash, even though it suggests to do so as you drive through. This is not the first time staff have made me feel uncomfortable or been rude and I won’t return. Rudeness made my nephew uncomfortable also.

Very good customer service

The service is excellent, my primary complaint is that my car always ends up with water spots all over it and I end up having to wipe my car over completely with glass cleaner in order to remove the spots. I believe this can be prevented with the installation of a water filter system.

Excellent service staff aware of the queue of car, dealt with them quickly used the barcode system for 1st time, v easy to use and speeds up the whole process

Boss say we not clean inside and I can't use tesco points or vouchers on his car wash and was so arrogant newer again whith tesco I will avoid shopping aswell and I will share my experience with

Still has no wheel wash brushes, and now now final drying curtain. Emailed to complain and the reply was send proof of purchase (although purchased via app) and send photos, expecting myself to enter an operational car wash to provide them with images! Avoid IMO, Burnham Road, Dartford,

Good wash with small waiting time

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich war etwas unsicher, mit meinem Auto in die Waschanlage zu fahren, und ein Mitarbeiter hat sofort angeboten, mein Auto für mich hineinzufahren. Dadurch fühlte ich mich sicher und konnte entspannt draußen warten. Außerdem ist die Möglichkeit, bequem per App zu bezahlen, einfach hervorragend.

Leider ist das Auto an vielen stellen, wo der Fön überfordert war weisfleckig abgetrocknet.
Su muste ich alles nachpolieren.

The problem is we never know when the jet wash is working. It’s off at weekends. So you fight through the traffic to get into the car wash car park then realise the jet washed are turned off.
