Nicht sauber ,überall Wasserflecken trotz premiumpaket!

I paid £13 and the car came out with a lot of areas that were not sufficiently cleaned - a traditional garage car wash does a better job and is much cheaper. I doubt I will use this type of car wash again.

Considering I picked the top wash for £18. My car came out still looking dirty. Wasn’t impressed to tell the truth. Ended up handwashing it myself the next day

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Auto wird richtig schön sauber und man kann danach in aller Ruhe sein Auto auch noch innen reinigen

Ich habe zusätzlich zum Waschprogramm nochmal 3 Euro für die Reifen-/Felgenwäsche bezahlt und trotzdem waren die Felgen noch schmutzig und die Reifen stumpf. Außerdem war das Auto nach dem trocknen noch komplett nass wodurch ich sehr viele Wasserflecken hatte. Da ist eine Standard-ARAL-Wäsche deutlich besser - und günstiger.

Always a good service. Used it 50+ times. Never had an issue with staff or the car wash itself.

Reasonable prices if you use it regularly.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich mit Leidenschaft dabei und hilfsbereit.
Allerdings ist Wäsche, egal welches Programm, nicht zu 100% zufriedenstellend.
Leichter Bienendreck bleibt trotzdem am Lack und Scheibe.
Positive ist aber der Gratissauger und der Luftdruck um Ecken auszublasen.

Werde trotzdem ab und zu mal reinfahren 👍🏻

I did not like the fact it feels very rushed. I bought the top wash at £19 that includes a hand wash and I did not get it .my wheels aren’t that clean either. So if I were to come back I would just get the cheapest clean.

I visited IMO Car Wash yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience due to the staff's attitude. The employee on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed eager to rush customers out as quickly as possible without any basic courtesy or respect.
As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of professional service. Leaving the facility feeling disrespected is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this branch and certainly cannot recommend it to others. Extremely disappointing service.

I’ve had my car washed here quite a few times and always been happy with the result. On this occasion when I got home I realised that the bottom half of the car was still dirty and at the back. Usually they are thorough at doing a “pre-wash” of the car before it goes through the wash but this was lacking on this occasion.

Took my car to imo Bedford & the staff were ready & waiting even though it was a very hot day! I went for the total wax which was perfect. I always get consistent washes….

Used the automatic washer .

Car clean was ok but the alloys were not cleaned. When I asked about it was told 'that's how it is' When I asked if he had something I could clean it with myself he gave me a couple of dry hankies which were pointless.

Efficient and professional

£18 for a normal car wash the guy literally spent less than one minute on my car, spraying random stuff and pressure washing it before I went into the tunnel.
Some parts of my car like under the side mirrors came out dirty the car does not come out fully dried some parts are still wet like the front grill which makes stains on it.
Not what I thought I’d rather a £8 hand car wash it comes up much cleaner and cheap cheaper
