Höflicher guter Service

My wheels where still black once I left and still marks left on my vehicle windows looked dirty still

Friendly and efficient attendant, everything was fine

Picked the most expensive wash for £5 offer and very disappointed. Doesn’t make a difference from basic wash at all.

Absoluter Schrott!
Auto trotz einer zweiten Kulanzwäsche nicht sauber geworden - stattdessen alles noch voller Schaum. Außenspiegel sind bei beiden Malen nach außen weggeklappt (also überdreht sozusagen) obwohl sie eingeklappt waren.
Und zu guter letzt ist mein Scheinwerfer defekt weil zu viel Flüssigkeit eingetreten ist…. Ja die Dinger sollten sowas aushalten. Oder vielleicht ist eine Dichtung nicht mehr perfekt, aber ich gehe auf Nummer sicher und komme nie wieder.

Actually a really good outfit. Staff are professional and quick. Work is top quality and prices are very reasonable. Overall price might be a bit high but you get a top notch job as a result.

Unclear, vague instructions from operator (apparently he showed me what he wanted me to do through a windscreen covered in soap... he also gave vague hand wiggles which were meant to mean something)
Car... still dirty after wash. Wheels hardly any difference compared with prewash,

Like this car wash. Staff are quick, cars get like a pre wash before you enter the wash and always come out clean.

Quite easy and straight forward experience.
Most of the staff are great except the boss female does not come across friendly and was annoyed at me when my automatic hand break came on accidentally.

Visited IMO car wash Coatbridge for the ceramic HTR wash yet again was impressed with the wash and the staff are very friendly. Well worth the £5 car wash that ends today.
