Erstens sind die Mitarbeiter extrem


Erstens sind die Mitarbeiter extrem unfreundlich, sogar aggressiv und fÌr eine europÀische Frau sehr einschÌchternd.
Zweitens habe ich die teuerste WÀsche gekauft und sie haben mir die gÌnstigere Variante angeschaltet. Ich musste sie ansprechen, damit sie es Àndern.
Und selbst mit der teuersten WÀsche war mein Auto noch nie so schlecht gewaschen. Ich musste das Auto danach noch per Hand waschen.

No cleaner than before it went in

Once inside the cleaning booth it was apparent that the various different chemical sprayers were apart from two all below the line required to come out of the sprayers (or the sprayers were blocked) and therefore the car isn't as clean as I wanted (and I keep my car generally clean). Felt cheated and without a voucher to go back again - I would not use IMO again

Bedenklich

Das Auto wird sauber aber wenn man erst nach der Buchung vom Mitarbeiter gesagt bekommt das wenn etwas passiert das die Versicherung nicht einspringt dann muss ich sagen das ich es in Zukunft vermeiden werden hier mein Auto zu waschen.

Paid for an XTR car wash

Paid for an XTR car wash, pre-wash was fine
. However! Having been through IMO several times I know what the XTR wax looks like, and I don’t believe I got it on this occasion, it was just water and not the usual foam type liquid. Also there was no triple foam, just water coming out the tubes. Bit of a rip off really.
