IMO Car Wash レビュー 

Ich habe mein Auto hier vor Kurzem gewaschen und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Wäschstrasse hat super funktioniert, das Auto ist richtig sauber geworden und das Ganze zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Es war nicht zu voll, sodass ich ohne lange Wartezeiten dran kam. Auch das Personal vor Ort war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist allerdings der SB-Bereich: Der könnte wirklich eine Überholung gebrauchen. Bei meinem Besuch waren die Druckluft-Pistolen leider defekt und der gesamte Selbstbedienungsbereich wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The gentleman came out, obviously eating his lunch at the time as it was all over him.
I come to the car wash quite often and usually the man will do clean with the brush before going through the car wash. He didn't do this and as a result the car wasn't fully clean. The back window wasn't cleaned.

I paid for a top wash, I also sent an email complaining that the wash was terrible, this was ignored. There was streaks and soap marks all over my car, but today when I was driving in the rain all windows on the car were rendered useless because of chemicals left on the window, basically I couldn't see a thing.

The guys told me to buy a full package exterior and interior but I wanted to buy separately and I arrived to the same price. Trust the guys

Ich habe einen Ford Kuga. Die Anlage ist scheinbar zu klein für mein Auto. Die seitlichen Bürsten klappen während des Vorgangs die Seitenspiegel auf und zu. Das ausgewählte Programm hinterließ Flecken auf den Scheiben. Die Kofferklappe samt Fenster waren nicht wirklich sauber.

Whilst the car was a lot cleaner there where still patches of dirt left on the car.

Very poor
Letchworth seems to have some kind of problem all the time. They closed early last week and I went in for the wash yesterday Wednesday. Initially there was an issue with the moving belt , I had to honk for them to check they were busy inside instead of being on the controls. Then I noticed the brushes didn’t touch my windscreen and the roof , I immediately reported it and demanded a re wash to which the staff said “they don’t let us do it you go to customer care and get a voucher and comeback. What a waste of time.

Excellent service staff are very helpful

IMO Car wash at Coulby Newham is run, managed, operated by a guy who is an absolute pleasure. Come rain or shine he gets on with his job, no fuss no hassle always a pleasant good morning, good afternoon, have a good day. The guy is a gem 👍👍👍

Ok but not a great wash. Wheels and mirrors were not cleaned properly. Needed a quick convenient wash but will go to a handwashing next time.

Viele Wasserflecken nach der Wäsche. Für diesen hohen Preis hatte ich mehr erwartet.

Habe die bestmögliche Reinigung gewählt, leider war das Ergebnis nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war aber sehr höflich daher 3 statt 2 Sterne
