Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking paid for the top wash costing just short of £20 and my car was still dirty still left bird poo on the window and on the front bonnet had dirt still on the bumper what a waste of money never again will I use one of these.

Poor advertising of pricing

Poor advertising of pricing. Some of the wash programmes are advertised as cheaper if using the app, however this is only the case, as I was told by an employee of car wash, if you purchase a bundle of 12 washes!
So I paid £13 for a defence wax programme and I have to say am more impressed with the hand car wash I usually go to.
