Good wash in and out in no time

The man who works at the car wash is always polite and helpful (showing me how to turn off my hill start!) and I never have to wait to wash my car

Die Felgen sind nicht richtig sauber geworden. Vielleicht muss hier die manuelle Vorwäsche mit dem Kärcher etwas gründlicher sein. ;-)

When i used to use imo last year they used to apply tfr on your vehicle while you were waiting so it worked and done what it supposed to do, now it's like the staff rush the job we pay them to do, wheels don't get washed properly, I got home and checked my car and there was still little brown marks on the paint work, when I pay for a wash I expect a proper job to be done and not half a job. Service is pretty poor to be honest.

Customers ignore rules regarding vacuum cleaning at busy times but take all the time they need to polish their cars in the vacuum cleaning bays and therefore causing queues with long delays!

Der mitarbeiter schien wenig motiviert zu sein. Das absprühen mit dem hd war eher ein benässen als eine gründliche reinigung, die wartezeit von 15 min obwohl nur 3 autos vir mir waren empfand ich im vergleich zur vorwäsche von meinem auto sehr lang

Purchased HD wash on the app but was told it was broken and given a lesser service for the same cost

Mitarbeiter war freundlich und hat gründlich gearbeitet.
Auto war schön sauber und es ist super, dass man die Staubsauger als Kunde kostenfrei nutzen kann! 🍀👍

Ist nicht richtig sauber geworden. Mitarbeiter hat sich nicht viel Mühe gegeben , Felgen in weiten Teilen noch dreckig.

Employees friendly. Disappointed that the machine indicated it was giving me a lower wash than the one I had paid for. Spoke to a member of staff after who claimed the indicator light wasn’t working properly, but I can’t be sure I got the treatment I paid for.

Arrived and a small Que in-front so sat and watched everyone get a good clean, came to our turn and hardly any attention to detail. Car came out with a lot of muck still on it and wheels not clean. Booked rain away - I’m not sure we got it. Very disappointed won’t be back!

Gute, schnelle Abwicklung. Service mit Hochdruckreiniger vor der Wäsche. Trotzdem ist der PKW mit dem Waschprogramm Allrounder nicht 100% sauber geworden.
