My car was still dirty after going through the car wash

Pre cleaning not working, fast and not satisfying, I had much better experience in other facilities.

There was no colour foam sprayed on the car and the long hanging cloths were missing

Service great price amazing car wash however the blowers are rubbish and the wax sprayers missed the right hand side of the car it was shooting over to the left hand side of the car

IMO is a very quick and very efficient car wash chain. Nowhere is perfect, but they do pretty damn well for consistency.

Particularly the location at Hedge End Sainsbury's.

Die Anlage zum selbst waschen hat mein Geld genommen, aber den Vorgang nicht gestartet. Ich habe den Anbieter kontaktiert, das Problem geschildert und um Erstattung gebeten. Leider kam keine Rückmeldung und das Geld ist weg.

Queues were bad, otherwise a very easy car wash.

Nettes, aufmerksames, höfliches und gründliches Personal... ☺ Der ältere Mitarbeiter hatte trotz der anstrengenden Arbeit ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.

The operative, was appalling, at best monosyllabic in his communication.

March branch - Previous staff here used to do a fabulous job new staff shocking one. Guy little bit of a splatter of foam car came out with dirt dripping out from cracks where it hasn’t been jet washed properly.

Alles gut, das Zahlungssystem ist einfach und schnell aber die Felgen hatten am Ende noch viele Spuren.

Super Waschergebnis. Nur die Staubsauger sind zu schwach - dafür kostenlos.
Sauberer ist mein Auto noch nie geworden.

Fliegen waren noch komplett am Auto und wurden auch auf Nachfragen nicht beseitigt.

I thought that I would pay for the most expensive top level cleaning programme at £18 via my online pre payment to save me having to carry money with me to the car wash. Maybe my expectations were too high as I'm really disappointed with the process and finish. My car has dirty smear marks all over the car including the glass, as well as the alloys. I suppose the ceramic coating and under body wash is worth the £18 if I'm honest (I probably expected the automatic car wash to give me a better finish than I get with a hand car wash, IT DIDN'T,). I will use the car wash again in the future but I will mostly use my local hand car wash in future.
