IMO Car Wash レビュー 

Excellent service! my car was just shining when it came out.

The hand pre wash was not even done. They just sprayed once with water and thats it, no soap, nothing. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Die Wäsche ist sehr gut und damit auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Was ich bemängele ist, dass ich dazu animiert werde online (bargeldlos) meine Wäsche zu buchen, möchte ich aber zusätzlich eine manuelle Felgenreinigung muss ich die mit Bargeld Vorort kaufen. Auch die Funktion für das Trinkgeld vermisse ich bei der bargeldlosen, online Bestellung. Darüberhinaus sind an vielen Waschanlagen inzwischen Bürstenreiniger für Fußmatten installiert. Da diese sehr gut funktionieren, würde ich mir wünschen, daß meine IMO Waschanlage auch so ein Gerät erhält.

Nettes Personal aber das Auto ist nicht wirklich sauber geworden. Ich musste per Hand an einer Handwaschstraße selbst nachbessern.

Es ist stark vom Franchisenehmer abhänhig.

The young man who handled my car wash was very friendly and did a good job, but unfortunately he was working completely on his own. He seemed a little overwhelmed by the number of cars, and I felt it was unfair that he had to manage everything alone.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the washing result. The car was still smeared and did not feel properly cleaned. I regularly use car washes, especially Mr Wash in Dortmund, where I usually get much better results.

On the positive side, the free vacuum cleaners worked very well, and I especially liked the machines for cleaning the car mats.

Overall, the facilities and service were good, but the actual car wash result could definitely be improved.

Leider habe ich nach der Autowäsche festgestellt, dass noch viele Verschmutzungen am Fahrzeug vorhanden waren. Besonders an der Front und an den Felgen wurde der Schmutz nicht richtig entfernt.

Bought a car wash on Monday and went to the centre was closed for maintenance works until what the sign said would be 1300, went back for 1330 still closed nobody on site and no adjustment to the time

Paid for ultimate wash, no difference from any of the others, no option for inside to be done and did not clean the window screen very well

All good. Clean car and helpful guys operating the system.

The man washing the car was awful rude and uninterested in anything I said will not be going back again

Ich bin absolut begeistert von IMO Car Wash. Das Auto wird jedes Mal blitzblank und gründlich sauber. Was diesen Standort aber wirklich auszeichnet, sind die Mitarbeiter: Man wird immer sehr freundlich, herzlich und professionell empfangen. Hier merkt man, dass der Kunde geschätzt wird und das Team mit vollem Einsatz dabei ist. Absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
