IMO Car Wash レビュー 

I attended the IMO car wash on Newport Road in Cardiff today after an incident with a bird relieving themselves on the roof of my car. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with orders from a man, not one bit of politeness. I advised I just wanted the basic option to clean the birds mess off the roof of my car, this advertised at £6. The man began to argue and almost telling me the only one I can have is the £8.50 (I think, but definitely over £8). This was disgusting and borderline criminal. The man was rude and argumentative,  I stated several times I just wanted to clean the mess off the roof, why advertise £6 basic if you almost refuse to provide it?

The man then said £6 but im not putting any soap in it, again with attitude. Terrible service but you cant even call it a service. 

After it still had birds mess on the roof.

Gute Arbeit der Mitarbeiter und der Waschanlage. Egal welche Waschanlage.
Nur mit der App hab ich so meine kleine Probleme. Zu viel hin und her in der App. Für mich unübersichtlich. Wenn man das täglich macht ist es sicher einfacher.

Over time, it leaves minor scratches on the car.

Car wash failed less than a quarter of the way through, so stuck in it for a about 20 minutes. Had to drive through it in the end. No refund offered or given

I have used IMO on previous occasions and been happy with the result considering it is far less detailed than washing by hand.
On this occasion, I chose the most expensive option. I was disappointed with the overall outcome it didn't appear that there was anything extra or it didn't feel that way at least. There were water marks still on the vehicle and still patches of dirt/dust that hadn't been cleaned.

Ich muss leider sagen das ich nicht so zufrieden war insgesamt mit der Leistung. Hatte auf der Motorhaube noch Streifen bzw schlieren die ich sonst in anderen Waschstraßen nicht habe. An der saugstation hatte der Sauger fast keine Leistung ebenso die Druckluftpistole. Muss aber sagen das alles im Preis inbegriffen ist. Deswegen insgesamt nur 2 Punkte Abzug.

My favorite car wash in Munich. Good choice of programs, you can pay with app. Nice staff, it’s always clean there. Worth waiting a while in a queue.

Normally get a really good wash here, but this time there was less care and attention than normal. No pre-wash of the windscreen or lights, and plenty of marks and traffic grime remaining after I'd been through the carwash.

The guys were very professional and left the car immaculate. Excellent job and commitment

Ich habe an meine Heckscheibe zwei Kratzer direkt nach der Wäsche entdeckt. Der Mitarbeiter meinte dass das nicht in der Anlage pasieren konnte weil dort die Bürsten nicht Horizontal arbeiten. Warscheinlich habe ich das nur endeckt weil der Wagen sauber ist. Ich bin zwar andere Meinung aber wie soll ich es beweisen ? Zweites Problem : Ich habe nach der Wäsche keinen neuen Treuerpunkt bekommen. Kleinichkeit aber auch nicht in Ordnung...

Probably one of the rudest men I've met constantly shouting at me. People like this shouldn't be allowed to serve customers.

The car was still very dirty afterwards what a waste of money and time.

Absolutely diabolical.

Guter Service und moderne Ausstattung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Immer sehr kompetent mit super Angeboten. Komme aus Hamm wo es mehrere durchführbare Waschanlagen gibt.
Doch IMO hat bei uns immer das Beste Wäscheergebnis (Fahre Kombi als Vergleichsfahrzeug)

Es ist einfach und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

freundliches Personal in der Waschanlage in Bad Oeynhausen, gute Vorreinigung. Auto wird gut sauber. Kostenloses saugen inclusive. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
