Rude, couldn't care less whether you car gets damaged or not just how quick you can pay and they get you through. Never using again.

This particular IMO is very well managed and has complete equipment for thorough wash with full programmeof washes.

Great car wash, just quite busy when I got there but it was lunchtime so that’s probably why. Staff friendly and polite.

I've used this service a couple of times.
For quick, cheap car wash it does the job. But when you see there are 7/8 types of wash, each adding a service or an extra product that's where this fails.
The most expensive option is exactly the same as the cheapest option so don't even bother.

The car wash itself was fine but the one working vacuum was not very good at all. I ended up going to another garage to use their vacuum.

Leider wurde das Auto nach der Waschanlage nicht sauber. Vermutlich ist das Wachs zu schnell getrocknet und hat die ganzen Scheiben eher verschmiert als gereinigt.

I liked - The QR scan system for payment was quite simple. I would suggest parking up and getting out to scan if you are not a imo member because there's a few details to fill in on the app and the staff were quite quick to check payment if you do it in the moving queue. The staff were friendly, organised and thorough with the wheel cleaning and prep wash.
I didn't like - I paid for the top of the range Ceramic wash but the car came out with areas missed and still dirty on the bodywork around the boot , number plate and side mirrors. I could swipe off the dirt on my fingers but the machine missed it. The overall shine looked good.

Gute Ersparnis, allerdings war die "manuelle Vorwäsche" wirklich schlampig & ungenau gemacht :-/
