IMO Hartlepool - Appalling - AVOID!!!

IMO Hartlepool
Attendant informed me the reason for horrible white marks all over the car after wash was that the person in charge of the carwash has decided to NOT bother with the water softeners ie the cars are being washed with HARD WATER hence leaving appalling marks .
I did not get a refund.
After writing a review .. response was to get in touch via app or website to provide more details.
I have added the details here so all potential customers know to AVOID this IMO carwash.

Auswahl und Bezahlung des Waschprogramms mit QR-Code sind eine gute Sache. Die SÀulen im Zufahrtsbereich mit dem QR-Code der App sind jedoch ungÌnstig auf gestellt. Ich hatte Wegen der Sonne Probleme mit dem scannen. Der Hinweis mit Dunkelmodus mÌsste deutlicher zu lesen sein.

The car wash was not done properly

The car wash was not done properly, l chose the option for £10, l had some marks on the front screen of my car, they cleaned the back window with brush and soap but they did not the front. I spoke to one of the workers to check why it was not done and he said we don’t to the front screen. I had this wash many times previously and my front screen was cleaned with a brush before the wash. I still have the marks on my car! Very disappointed, especially with the way the member of staff spoke to me.
