Faulty and poor finish

The system stopped part-way through the wash and took a while to restart. No advice was given throughout - we were just left sitting there until it restarted. Once complete, there was still a lot of water droplets in the car leading to water marks and there was still a significant number of bug marks on the windscreen.

Ich habe das Eco Wash online gekauft und bezahlt. An der Anlage in Frankenthal redete der Mitarbeiter das gebuchte Programm erst schlecht („nur ein bisschen Wasser drauf, fertig“), mein Auto sei zu schmutzig, ich mÃŒsse das teuerste Programm nehmen – und man solle generell immer erst das Personal fragen, welches Programm man nehmen darf. IMO wirbt selbst mit „Du bestimmst das Programm“. Ein Upgrade war dann angeblich gar nicht möglich. Stattdessen machte er es „ausnahmsweise“: FÃŒr 10 € bar setzte er den Hochdruckreiniger ein – die VorwÀsche, die meines Erachtens sowieso dazugehört und die er zuvor verweigert hatte. Keine Mehrleistung, einfach 10 € am gebuchten Preis vorbei. Am Ende habe ich mehr als das Doppelte bezahlt. Auf mich wirkt das wie ein System: gÃŒnstig anlocken, vor Ort abwerten und nachkassieren..
