IMO Car Wash レビュー 

Car wash wasn’t busy so got straight in. Great service from staff and excellent value for money. Using the app makes purchasing even quicker and gives access to money off deals.

I used IMO Car Wash in Houghton Regis on 20 August 2026 and came out to find damage to the front driver’s side of my car that was not there before entering the wash.
I was particularly disappointed because I had only just had the car cleaned and immediately noticed the damage when I left. I have photographs showing the condition of the vehicle afterwards.
A car wash should not leave a vehicle damaged, and I am now having to deal with getting the damage assessed and repaired, as well as trying to establish how it happened.
I would strongly recommend checking your vehicle carefully before and after using IMO, particularly around the wheels and bodywork. I expected a car wash to clean my car, not leave me with a repair bill.
IMO need to take much greater care with customers’ vehicles and take responsibility when damage occurs!

Maybe actually give the car a bit of a wash. After paying for ceramic xt or whatever it's called seeing the dirt just smeared evenly over the car is not what I was expecting. I'll try again tho as bought a package of 4 washes...see if you can improve

Nicht funktionierende Technik, Mitarbeiter denen dies auch völlig egal ist. Ich habe dieses Unternehmen bereits bei Google bewertet. Dem ist nichts hinzuzufügen.

Bought these online coupons. They had a short use by expiry date. Never got round to use them all so lost money in the end. DO NOT BUY THE wash packs unless you are a regular visitor to these car washes.

and there's no way to extend their use date for free.

I bought 4 car washes through an email from Money Supermarket. There was some difficulty getting the QR code with IMO initially sending me to Money Supermarket for the QR code and them saying it didn't come from them but IMO, which after again contacting managed to send me the QR code. The QR code was accepted no problem at my local car wash and as it was my first time of using IMO with an electric car they talked me through leaving in neutral and brake off.

Das war mein 3. mal.

Beim 1 mal war ich sehr unzufrieden in Halberstadt.
Bein 2 mal war alles ganz okay. Insbesondere was die Felgen an geht geben sich die Mitarbeiter keine Mühe. Egal welche Variante man auswählt.

Nun beim 3. mal habe ich meine Resonanz gesogen: ich werde hier nie wieder herfahren. Ich habe 2 Kratzer in meiner Kofferraum Klappe und auch wieder nur komplett dreckige Felgen. Leider habe ich die Kratzer zu spät zuhause mitbekommen.

Nie wieder!

Easy to use, good price and helpful staff.

Konnte an der Waschstraße die App nicht nutzen und auch nicht kontaktlos zahlen, da das Personal kein Handy hatte, um den QR Code aus der App zu lesen. Dadurch ist mir auch die Anrechnung der Wäsche auf mein Bonuskonto entgangen.

Easy, quick, does the job, what else can anyone want from a car wash?
