Shocking wash

The car wash actually broke down while I was in it - but the way the sole worker handled the situation was excellent. He was just working so hard and remained calm and courteous although he was under such a lot of pressure - the whole queue needed to reverse. This is a guy on the minimum wage. Outstanding personal service - received with gratitude. His name is Ali (I think) and he's working in Taunton.

Fantastic car wash, my Range Rover comes out like new.
Always pre washes with care staff very good, I always have the ceramic wash.

Still had some bird poo left & my wheels were not that clean.
Staff were great but the main machine didn't clean my car to the standard I expected.

I always get my car washed at the same IMO car wash at Milton of Craigie, Dundee. I buy my vouchers online because it is so easy. I love it because the operator there recognises me and always greets me with a smile and a few words. He is thorough when prepping my car and I always leave the car wash feeling happy with the result.

Auto ist schön sauber geworden und der Mitarbeiter war auch super freundlich. Staubsauger haben auch wunderbar funktioniert.
Das Wasser was am Ende aber noch in manchen Ritzen des Autos übrig geblieben ist riecht sehr eklig und nach seeeehr oft recycelt. Für die Umwelt super, aber für die eigene Nase eher unangenehm.

Das teuerste Paket gebucht, und die Felgen waren noch komplett verschmutzt. Schlimmer war jedoch der Chef vor Ort, der das als völlig normal angesehen hat. Schade, dass man keine Fotos hochladen kann.

Ständig wird einem gegen Bargeld eine "gründliche" Vorwäsche angeboten. Die sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein.

when im feeling lazy i always use the car was at asda cribbs causeway. This time i downloaded the app whilst waiting in the que and purchased a wash it took over an hour before it showed in my wallet by that time i purchased a wash got home and cooked my dinner. The staff were great as always, shame the app isn't the same.
