Positiv hervorzuheben ist die benutzerfreundliche Vorabbezahlungs-/Buchungsmöglichkeit per QR-Code. Auch die Trocknungsanlage am Ende der Waschstraße hat das Auto gut getrocknet.

Leider war das Auto nicht sauber, auch die zusätzlich bezahlte Felgenreinigung war nicht besonders gut. Es kam sogar Abends die Frage, ob ich mein Auto doch nicht gewaschen hätte.
Die Staubsauger sind recht schwach und die Mattenreinigungsanlage war extrem verdreckt. Die Matten kamen relativ schmutzig wieder raus und man musste sie auffangen, ehe sie im Dreckberg im Auffangbehälter landeten.
Mir wurde auch gesagt, ich müsse die Spiegel nicht einklappen, was sich in der Waschstraße dann als Fehler entpuppte, zum Glück jatte ich jedoch noch rechtzeitig reagiert. Ärgerlich ist solch ein Ergebnis, wenn man das teuerste Programm (mit Ceramicversiegelung) für 18€ gewählt hat und noch zzgl. 2,90€ für die schlechte Felgenreinigung bezahlt hat.

Zu IMO Car Wash in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Industriestr , würde ich nicht mehr hingehen.

I’d just pre-paid for the car wash and pulled up. Unfortunately it just started to rain. I still wanted the wash as I live near a large tree that expels lots of sap and debris. The agent spent the first 30s they saw me trying to make out that I didn’t need the wash as it was raining. Then when they realised I had pre paid, they grabbed a coat. They didn’t bother to jet spray beforehand like they usually would, so the whole wash was kind of pointless. Won’t be returning to that location.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from having my car washed here. The pre wash was fine with a pressure washer. After the car had gone through the automatic car wash the wheels were still dirty and some parts of the car body were also still dirty. There was no inspection to check how clean the car was. Staff were friendly.

Car was partially cleaned as one of the rollers was broken. Car does not seem very clean upon returning home even though I paid for the £20 elite clean. Please can I be refunded or given a free wash next time?

When driving away there are still clear visual dirt and dust marks on the car, for the amount I paid i don't expect to still see what I took my car for there in the first place

Der Angestellte riet mir einen Coupon aus der App zu kaufen, ohne mich darauf hinzuweisen, dass ich den Standort hätte wechseln müssen. So habe ich 25€ für die Ultra HD Wäsche bezahlt, obwohl diese nur 21€ kostet, da meine App auf einen anderen Standort eingestellt war. Der Mitarbeiter hatte mir das sofort gesagt, daraus schließe, dass er sehr wohl wusste, dass er mir die günstigere Wäsche zum teureren Preis verkauft. Fand ich kein gutes Geschäftsgebaren!

I paid 19.00 for the top wash and when I came out although the car was clean the alloys were dirty still .not what I expected
