IMO Car Wash レビュー 

Usually our car comes out almost perfect. The last time was disappointing. An area of mud was left untouched. Also water marks on the windows and the body. Needed to go over it with a damp cloth. Maybe due to very hot weather?

A really easy website for a change. Ordering was simple, for a change.
Bundles present good value too!

Why on earth am I being asked to review a car wash I’ve not used yet? My car is still dirty. But, having not been washed I don’t think it’s going to be a great surprise to anyone.

Enttäuschendes Ergebnis nach dem Urlaub – Insektenreste wurden nicht entfernt

Wir waren am Samstag bei IMO Wash in Solingen, um unseren Neuwagen nach dem Urlaub reinigen zu lassen. Das Auto war typischerweise voll mit Insektenresten und Blütenstaub/Bienenkot.

Leider war das Ergebnis absolut nicht überzeugend. Nach der Fahrt durch die Waschstraße war der Wagen zwar insgesamt etwas sauberer als zuvor, aber es waren immer noch jede Menge Insektenflecken auf dem Lack und der Front zu sehen. Für eine professionelle Waschanlage haben wir hier deutlich mehr erwartet, vor allem bei hartnäckigerem, aber völlig normalem Urlaubs-Schmutz.

Wir waren von dem Ergebnis definitiv nicht begeistert und können die Anlage für eine gründliche Reinigung nicht empfehlen.

Ich war in Dorstfeld zum Auto waschen leider konnte keine Vorwäsche gemacht werden weil der Druckbehälter vom Hochdruck Gerät bereits aus was und es war erst 19:40 Uhr
Deshalb nur 3 Sterne

Not good... didn't clean the car properly

Used it for the first time and the guys were very helpful in their directions. Will use again.

2 von 2 mal bin ich angeblich nicht richtig in die Führung gefahren. Das ist mir woanders noch nie passiert.
Beim letzten mal wurde ich dann gebeten bis in die Mitte der Anlage vorzufahren. Vor Auftrag der Glanzkomponente ging die Anlage aus und ich durfte 3 x Hupen, bis der MA das Geschehen bemerkte.
Da ich nur 1/4 der Anlage durchlaufen bin, sah mein Auto schlimmer aus wie vorher. Meine Felge hat einen Kratzer dazu gewinnen. Das Geld konnte man mir nicht zurück geben, weil der Chef nicht ans Telefon ging.. Nie wieder!

Excellent service and excellent quality wash and prewash

I visited the car wash at clough road hull. I paid for extra services (rain repellent) the car was damaged not by the rollers but the guy jet washing before hand. The name badge came off and he just tried to whack it back into place. I went though the rollers and it came off. The car was full of water marks and still dirty. I made a complaint which him and retrieved my car’s badge I just got fobbed off.

Leider kratzspuren so gerade und so fein, mehrfach an meiner Windschutzscheibe nach dem waschgang dieses Wochenende entstanden. War das erste Mal da.

Bit disappointed really - I bought a ceramic XTR clean for my local IMO at Folkestone - arrived to a large Que of cars and was approached by the operator who told me that they couldn’t do the wash as the machine was broken but would do a hand wash - as I was in a rush and needed the clean done I said yeah no problem expecting that I would at least get a good hand wash - they washed the car then chamois it off before waving me on my way - when I got home I checked the car over and found salty spots all over the vehicle where it wasn’t dried off properly - ended up re washing it myself and then waxing it to avoid any damage - I understand they washed trying to do the washes but being charged £££ for a tip wash and getting a less than substandard wash isn’t great !

I always use the IMO on Oswin Road, but only just started using the App, the guys are brilliant a superb personal service, I don’t no how they do it but they always remember me, they do a superb job and the site is always immaculate.

The car wash was not working

So easy to buy your washes on line just drive up and show your app to the attendant plus you get saving when buying a bundle at the same time .

A lone operator was working quickly and efficiently with a long queue in the heat but he was polite and friendly and we were moving along well. He was waiting for a colleague who was late to join him and I felt sorry for him working in such high temps alone at such a pace. Very happy with the service.
