Paid for ultra wash and half of the wax sprayers weren’t powerful enough to reach the car on one side.

Always, express, easy and straightforward service. Used the new QR scan while waiting in queue to pay. Nice idea! But then they have to check on a device what you’ve ordered and have made payment. To me didn’t speed anything up. It’s quickest to tap card and go!! Despite this. Never disappointed with over all clean on car. Nice job and great value.

Ich habe das Waschprogramm für 15 Euro gekauft er wollte mir anbieten für 18 Euro da werden die Felgen mit gemacht ich bin verwundert gewesen habe auch abgelehnt es wurde mit Hochdruck Reiniger sauber gemacht und Bürste dann ging es in die Anlage das Wasser hat abgestanden eckelhaft gerochen draußen angekommen bemerkt das nicht richtig sauber wahr Flecken noch auf dem Lack wahren Felgen nicht richtig sauber und nicht richtig trocken ich wahr da schon 3 mal 3 mal nicht richtig sauber ich dachte es liegt am Programm da ich immer nur für 10 gewaschen habe es bleib beim selben Ergebnis stutzig wahr ich aber über die Felgen Reinigung den laut Webseite ist sie mit dabei beim 15 Euro Programm und er wollte 18 das die Felgen mit gereinigt werden find ich frech ich komme leider nicht mehr zum waschen da gehe ich woanders hin

Personalnwar sehr freundlich und auf Dinge hingewiesen, schneller Durchlauf. Die Felgen sind leider nicht ganz sauber geworden. Ansonsten war alles toip top.

I paid £19 for the Ceramic shine treatment and had high hopes for a good result.
However, I was disappointed for the money i paid.
The glass and wing mirrors were left with streaks.

Kein Schutz Scheibenwischer, Vorsprühen nur kurz auf der linken Seite. Mitarbeite war nett.

Guys at Ayr IMO are great, do a fab job.

Not enough time spent with the initial pressure spraying of the wheels. When I got home I was disappointed how dirty the wheels still were. My thoughts were I wish I had spent another £5, gone to Tescos and had the car cleaned properly. I don’t think I will come back, a waste of spending £7. Michael

I have my car cleaned regularly at IMO, always well done, I feel it's money well spent. Can't fault them.

Two days in a row the car wash was broken ,told to come back on Saturday at 12 pm when it would be fixed,

My car was still marked when I went through the wash I also bought a package that said I would get a free car wash if I bought it using quick pay but this didn’t happen
