We dealt with Sai Amogha in Sandyford, who was excellent from start to finish. Firstly, her design talent was evident in the ideas she put forward, both in terms of drawings and referencing the display models in the showroom, and most importantly, taking the time needed to talk things over. Working within budget parameters, her design was above our expectations and perfectly in harmony with the 'look' we were hoping for. Sai also advised on everything to do with the appliances installed (which have worked out perfectly), liaising with other contractors such as the counter tops provider, and even on complimentary aspects of our kitchen including flooring and lighting, ideas we embraced.

Her customer focus was 100% throughout, her willingness to 'go the extra mile' included welcoming us to the Sandyford office (sometimes without appointment when we were in the vicinity).

In summary, no hesitation in awarding Kitchen World 5 stars and recommending them for quality, service and value for money.

I have had a great experience so far with Kitchen World, Waterford. The kitchen isn't in yet but to date I have been very impressed with the service received.
I have been dealing with Barbara and she has been extremely helpful from the beginning offering great advice through the process.
I would highly recommend Barbara to chat with if you're thinking of a new kitchen.
I can't wait to see the kitchen finished.

John Grace has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, he has made (what we'd anticipated to be a somewhat challenging and stressful experience) the whole process very simple, from our initial walk-in right through our consultation, site visit and to placing our order yesterday John has been very professional and knowledgable throughout, has accommodated our requirements (which haven't always been simple or straightforward) and designed exactly what we were after.

We had spoken to a few other planners/designers before meeting John and whilst they were very helpful we found John to be engaging from the very start.

We would have no hesitation in recommending John to anyone looking at buying a kitchen and are now eagerly awaiting our install

We had a great experience working with John Grace recently on the design of a new kitchen. We had little to no experience with kitchen design and weren’t really sure where to start, but he was extremely helpful from the beginning!

He had great ideas and suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. He was very patient with us, answered all of our questions and was always happy to make changes or talk us through and show us some different options.

We would definitely recommend John in Kitchen World to anyone looking for help designing their kitchen.

I started the process of getting my new Kitchen with Steven. He is an absolute gentleman and so efficient in his work. To say I am delighted is an understatement; my kitchen is so gorgeous! I am thrilled with the results and the advice from Steven along the way was excellent. Thank you Kitchenworld and most of all Steven for the excellent communication during the whole process.

To be honest I wouldn’t even give this company one star.
Paid kitchen world Waterford, a lot of my hard earned money for a new kitchen . Initial design and Customer service was good , then it came to installation. This is where the multitude of problems came , Start date 3/05/2025. Completed kitchen 19/12/2025 . Kitchen presses fitted incorrectly, none were level , granite company couldn’t fit worktop due to the levels on the presses . Fitter decided to place one unit a couple of inches outside agreed design with no consult with us , fixes took weeks as no fitters were available to come fix the issues , had no kitchen for at least 5 weeks as worktop couldn’t be fitted until units were fixed. Doors had to be changed 3 times as the black doors had white glue marks on them, where they he trim was placed. The doors in my kitchen had 3 different trims on them. The doors sold to me in the workshop had no flaws or glue but the company told me they couldn’t manufacture that quality in the factory. Offered me pitiful compensation to keep the mismatch doors with glue , I refused , offered new doors but would have to remove the kitchen as the new doors wouldn’t fit our carcasses, unless we wanted to change the colour of our kitchen.
I regret the day that I just didn’t tell them to remove the kitchen n start with a different company.
I don’t recommend this company, and I would advise anyone thinking of dealing with them to get every detail down and to make sure the door you pick can be manufactured to the quality they show in showrooms , I have numerous pictures and videos of all the problems I encounter with this company.

Very happy with service I received from Kitchen World. Dealt with John Grace who was extremely helpful, and lovely to deal with. Recommend!

I firstly contacted Kitchenworld in January when I was informed by your agent John Grace that there was a current promotion which offered savings.
Not knowing how long it might be before the house was ready to install the kitchen, John assured me that there was no issue with timing.
I accepted his word and was happy to take his reassurance and I availed of the offer.
During the next months and on meeting John I realised from his knowledge that I needed to upgrade and moved from a basic purchase of €8k to approx €15k.
John offered excellent customer from start to finish and provided me the opportunity to make an unhurried and calculated decision for what is personally a huge decision financially.
He was pleasant, courteous, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and relaxed.
Today I paid the outstanding balance of my kitchen and it was a pleasure dealing with John Grace.

Kitchen World were fantastic in guiding us through the entire kitchen fitting process. From the outset, Shannen was excellent in helping us determine the best layout for our needs. Despite our limited space, she managed to make the kitchen really stand out by maximising every inch, including clever use of small areas for extra storage.

The installation was carried out by Chris, who was a pleasure to work with. He was meticulous in every detail of his work and took great care to ensure everything was finished to a high standard. We’re extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Kitchen World to anyone looking to have a new kitchen fitted.

A big thank you to Shirley for your hard work to make our beautiful kitchen. It's absolutely stunning! We are very happy with it over the last few months. You have been a great person to bounce ideas off to give your ideas, really appreciate it truly.

It’s been hugely enjoyable planning a kitchen with Lorna, in a house where I’ve never lived...and doesn’t even have a floor yet! I have had nothing but positivity from our first meeting. She knows her kitchens inside/out - a true professional. Patient to the nth degree, nothing is too much trouble and no matter how odd the request, Lorna knew that Kitchen World had the solution. No stone was left unturned in finding the constituent parts to grace my empty space. The perfect answer was found in the painted Hermitage Solid Handless. Gary came to measure - not once but twice, to ensure all was well. Can’t wait to have it fitted.

From the initial enquiry to booking and paying deposit. Ivan was amazing to deal with. He listened to every word. He planned our kitchen exactly how we wanted it. Keeping within our budget at all times. Thank you Ivan.

It was a great experience working with Lianne she was very helpful and professional had my kitchen design done in no time while we were sitting there . I had someone out the next day for the measurement and all is running smoothly

We are moving from Cork City to Tramore Co Waterford and had firstly visited 3 different kitchen suppliers in Cork City. All were very good but we found a lot of similarities in kitchen styles and very varying prices. On a site visit with our construction company we were advised strongly to visit Kitchen World and one other Waterford supplier.
Kitchen World Waterford were our second to visit and once we met Ashling and showed our design plans we were extremely impressed with the choices available to us. Ashling also made some brilliant suggestions that we hadn’t even thought about but also hadn’t been suggested anywhere else! We left that first consultation very happy and once Ashling sent on an email quote as promised a few hours later we were very happy to have finally met a company and a salesperson that finally seemed to understand exactly what we wanted and was willing to work with us to achieve this.

At this stage as we were still living in Cork City, we made another appointment to travel down. Ashling gave a really detailed presentation and it was great to visualise what our dream kitchen could and would actually look like. At no stage were we pressurised to pay a deposit and were reassured that once we made up our minds a small deposit would lock in the price agreed even though it could be some weeks before detailed measurements could be taken as the build is not complete yet.

We have paid our deposit and are really looking forward to working with Ashling over the coming weeks to achieve our dream kitchen.

We would highly recommend Kitchen World Waterford for the quality choices available to view in store and Ashling who’s customer service, attention to detail and understanding of our particular needs was a major decision in our choice.

I recently had a kitchen fitted by Kitchen World and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

A special mention to Michelle, who designed my kitchen. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, offering great advice and support every step of the way.

I would also like to thank Shane, the kitchen fitter, who was highly professional, skilled, and took great care with the installation.

Horrible experience at kitchen world swords. Had an appointment booked for 10am and weren't seen until 11am at which point they rushed through the consultation (only lasted 5mins) and told us our design wasn't possible and we couldn't afford anything we wanted (have gone to other kitchen suppliers since and have gotten everything we wanted within budget). Would not recommend!!!
