I have recently rented a property via linley and Simpson I was appointed Lauren Turnbull.lauren was so lovely and friendly she put me and my son at ease straight away.I have emailed Lauren regarding questions ect and she has always emailed or called promptly and has been eager to help in any way.I would like to say thankyou for how amazing and easy you have made my moving .

Corey was very professional and efficient when I raised the request that my tap was leaking. The contractors were also friendly. Thanks to all involved

My latest contact has been with Nicole. Clear and friendly communication, quick responses, do what they say they will do (so I can stop worrying about anything).

The letting agents were very easy to communicate with both over the phone and via email. Any issues were always quickly dealt with and the staff were extremely polite and patient.

Very fast service and dealt with our issues very professionally. A special thanks to Keira Eden for her help and support with the matter. Very impressed.

Linley & Simpson have managed our property for rental for a couple of years now, and have provided satisfactory management during that time. Grace Smithson has recently been dealing with maintenance of the property and has handled things in a professional and helpful manner. Her prompt replies and action to our queries and requests have meant that both us and our tenants have received excellent service as required.

Problem solved very quickly, Paula Dunham helped to resolve the issue very fast , Complained about front door lock not working and I was given a priority at fixing it.
It was changed in 2 days, follow up was so prompt.

Throughtout the process of finding a buyer I have been very impressed with the communication with sales team which is very important when selling a property. Tom has always called / updated whenever he said he would without fail and provided great feedback which is much appreciated. The Lettings Negotiators are just quite incompetent; that's the only word to describe my whole experience.

Save yourself the headache and avoid the lettings team at Linley & Simpson. While the staff on the phone are polite and nice for the most part, the administrative execution and internal communication are utterly incompetent.

I spent days doing all the legwork myself, regularly having to call their office in excess of 15 times a day just to get through to someone, only to be met with endless delays, excuses, and dead ends on basic paperwork.

If you are a tenant needing a reliable agency that actually handles admin without you having to micromanage them, look elsewhere.
