Re letting of property
I found the service provided by L&S in getting a new tenant for my property was very good. All went smoothly and I was kept informed all along the way from the existing tenant leaving to the new tenant taking the keys to the property. Thanks to Zak and Lauren

Grace Smithson at Linley & Simpson
Linley & Simpson have managed our property for rental for a couple of years now, and have provided satisfactory management during that time. Grace Smithson has recently been dealing with maintenance of the property and has handled things in a professional and helpful manner. Her prompt replies and action to our queries and requests have meant that both us and our tenants have received excellent service as required.

Problem solved very quickly
Problem solved very quickly, Paula Dunham helped to resolve the issue very fast , Complained about front door lock not working and I was given a priority at fixing it.
It was changed in 2 days, follow up was so prompt.
Also the contractor was very professional and lovely.

Complained about my fridge not working…
Complained about my fridge not working and I was given a priority at fixing it.
It was changed in 2 days, follow up was so prompt.
