Complained about my fridge not working and I was given a priority at fixing it.
It was changed in 2 days, follow up was so prompt.

Great communication
Throughtout the process of finding a buyer I have been very impressed with the communication with sales team which is very important when selling a property. Tom has always called / updated whenever he said he would without fail and provided great feedback which is much appreciated. He dealt with a lot of back and forth between prospective buyers and was very informative helping us to make the right decision. Thank you for all of your help!

We have been with Linley and Simpson for some years now as Landlords and we have always found them to be very prompt and helpful when problems have cropped up with our flat. Incompatent Lettings Team
The Lettings Negotiators are just quite incompetent; that's the only word to describe my whole experience.
Save yourself the headache and avoid the lettings team at Linley & Simpson. While the staff on the phone are polite and nice for the most part, the administrative execution and internal communication are utterly incompetent.
I spent days doing all the legwork myself, regularly having to call their office in excess of 15 times a day just to get through to someone, only to be met with endless delays, excuses, and dead ends on basic paperwork.
If you are a tenant needing a reliable agency that actually handles admin without you having to micromanage them, look elsewhere.

I had a really positive experience with Linley & Simpson, and in particular with Emily.
From start to finish, Emily was professional, approachable and always kept me updated. She took the time to listen to my concerns, communicated with the landlord on my behalf, and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. Thanks to her efforts, we were able to reach a positive outcome regarding my tenancy, and I really appreciated the way she handled everything.
It's refreshing to deal with someone who is responsive, understanding and willing to go the extra mile to help. I couldn't have asked for better support.

Great staff and experience

Quick response, Efficient resolution
The whole process was handled professionally .Sophie at Leeds branch was prompt in responding and quickly arranged for everything needed to sort out the issues at our Flat . Good service and communication throughout.

Getting A Flay Ready For A New Tenant
Getting a flat ready for a new tenant is always a challenge but the way Lindley & Simpson in general, and Alex Doody in particular, supported us in doing just that led to a totally satisfactory outcome. Professional team for letting
Lauren has been very passionate and helpful to arrange letting of my property. She is very proactive to find solution to resolve problem, professionally to help me and tenant the get best outcome.
