Very disappointed with my 2nd pair of…
Very disappointed with my 2nd pair of walking boots as they leak despite the expensive price tag.
The staff exchanged them and were really helpful and accommodating.

Many thanks I needed these at short notice
The two young staff on duty could see I was beamusled at trying to find some trousers, so one went to root through the stockroom for my size. I had a nice chat to the girl whilst the boy looked. A short while later,

Good service, I’m happy
Came into the store and was in a rush but the young man Angus was very helpful and guided me to the gas which I wanted to use on my stove, and that was it , nice and simple I bought the gas I needed and was on my way, just great service

Great experience
Visited in the week to get some new shoes the young lad that served me was new but I could tell he was eager to do his best to help me and I left with a great deal and some great walking boots

Great experience
Had to return an item after ordering online. The online help was not so good but the gentleman in this store was superb, friendly and knowledgeable. This will be our go to store for future purchases
