Friendly and helpful outdoor activity experts
Both Mitch and his female colleague (didn’t get her name) were very helpful, professional, informative and friendly. They were both incredibly efficient guiding me, assisting with any queries and making me aware of current savings available through a multi-purchase scheme. A very positive customer service experience, clean, well presented staff and shop. Would recommend and will visit again for all my outdoor activity requirements. Many thanks 🙂

Millets online gave 20% discount on various lines, and as the item I bought fell under this - discount applied in the shop as well.
OEX Heiro solo stove set £90 reduced to £60 - 20% = £48 . Bargain.

Great service and advice. I didn't appreciate the 28 day shoe return policy and the 12 month guarantee which was good to find out. Will definitely shop there again.

The Sales assistant (Mitch) was extremely helpful - I was in the market for some walking boots and had no idea where to start. Mitch talked me through all the different options; materials, fits and price points, and helped find the right pair for me. I made a purchase and went away really pleased with my decision.
