Millets - Enfield レビュー 

I ordered a pair of sandals online and they arrived on the stated day.
Sadly they were too big and I returned them via a Milletts store.
They were very helpful and explained how the refund works.
I am hoping to return to the shop for a smaller pair.

The staff at Enfield are always very helpful and Erol was no exception. I wanted to buy a rain coat and he was knowledgeable , patient and gave me good advice. I am very happy with the one I bought.

Erol was helpful in advising how I'd wash my raincoat and what facilities the store provided. They provided a friendly and welcoming presence.

It is always a good experience at Millets in Enfield. Erol and the staff are always, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Ordering online was a simple process and the order went through very quickly.

Came to buy some walking socks and was met with Erol who was really helpful and very friendly. Socks feel great and definitely a more affordable alternative.

Bought a rucksack and some walking poles. The staff were very helpful and the equipment worked well on its maiden outing. Also much cheaper than equivalents at fancier shops.

Item was just what I wanted. Ashame more millets are close by.
Really wanted to look at some other items after searching online, but unable to climb the stairs in store therefore had to give it a miss.

No complaints or problems with products, quality or prices but three stars for bad customer service I always receive from staffs, don’t want to help or support, even have no respect because you are talking to them they will walk out, its not everyone this one is the Manager and older guy in the store,this time my order was delivered to collect from store and when I been there to collect its comes in the big box which was not possible for me to carry so I asked him if I just take the order and leave the box he totally refused and walked out then there was a young girl staff (New) who wants to help and she agreed that the box is really big , I also removed my address stickers from the box so there was legal problem but when girl contacted this arrogant manager still he refused and telling me that I have to take the box even I took out the chairs and ready to carry it but unfortunately he was still not agreed for me to leave the box.

Fantastic store. This is my go to for supplies. The team members Erol and Andrew are incredibly helpful. My son needed kitting out for a scouts expedition and once again they were there with advice and very fairly priced good quality equipment. Will be back again in the very near future.

Late delivery. No email notification after over a week.

Went in today to buy a few things I was served by Erol and Andrew was a very pleasant visit very friendly and helpful.

Even on a Sunday afternoon the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I went to buy walking shoes, was served by Kayla who was very tolerant and fine about the fact I was taking ages and had multiple pairs out of the stock room.
