Delightful service
I was collecting a parcel that was heavier than expected; and the young man , who had already been extremely polite and helpful , carried it to my car for me and loaded it. In these days of low expectations it was refreshing and very much appreciated ! Thank you

Claire and Ryan were wonderful
We had a very specific requirement. Although we couldn't find exactly what we were after, we ended up buying a few other items and it was a lovely shopping experience. Claire and Ryan were so helpful, friendly, polite and kind. Just genuinely nice people.

Good shopping experience
As soon as I came into the store I was greeted by the staff who were all friendly and helpful. I'm not a massive fan of shopping but they made it a pleasant experience. They also showed a good understanding of the products. Great store and an asset to the town.

Had a fabulous experience of how I’d like shopping to be today. Bought a pair of boots that proved to be defective & returned to store to be surprised and delighted by the retail experience of having had a problem. The team could not have been more friendly or helpful in sorting out a solution for me. The human touch reminded me why we should shop more in the high street.

Great bunch of guys in this store
Great bunch of guys in this store. Super helpful when trying to assist with getting my daughter suitable gear for her first D of E expedition. Would use them every time.

Came in for new walking boots as mine…
Came in for new walking boots as mine had sadly fallen apart earlier in the day. Claire was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me select the ideal boots going forward.
Was nice to have a general chat too and it didn’t feel like we were rushed in any way.
