Best customer service I've had for ages...

I had to return an appliance as some parts were missing. I've got enough to deal with at home as my husband has serious health problems, which means I am now in sole charge of the house, garden etc plus three active Border Collies. So I was rather fed up to have yet another problem to sort out. But Liam in Customer Services was a gem: he responded promptly, cheerfully and effectively. We even had a bit of an email laugh about things. I'll definitely look to use Peter Tyson again

Excellent customer service from Michael


Excellent customer service from Michael at Peter Tyson.

I had an issue with my Topping DX5 II and Michael was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I asked if it would be possible to upgrade to a FiiO K15 instead of having the Topping replaced, and to simply pay the difference in price. Michael was very helpful in arranging this for me.

He always replied to my emails very quickly, was polite and professional, and was also very patient while I was away on holiday, waiting until I returned so we could arrange the exchange and payment.

Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and I’m now very happy with my FiiO K15.

A big thank you to Michael for his patience, flexibility and excellent customer service. This is exactly the kind of service that makes you want to buy from a company again. Highly recommended!

Communication was good

Communication was good. The price of my purchase was good, a big saving. The part-exchange was a little disappointing, but not bad considering. The Arcam AVR31 sound is a big improvement on the Denon, well worth the upgrade price, though the manual is wanting.

Peter Tyson, highly recommended.

I had not heard of Peter Tyson before making this purchase, but the on-line reviews were all good and the price was very competitive, so I placed my order. In addition, the LG OLED tv came with a 5 year warranty, so that was an added bonus. The delivery was quick and arrived at the time promised. What more could you want?
