First time I’ve used Peter Tyson. Bought some speakers, turned up the next day, can’t complain at all.

Im not going to critisize Peter Tyson because they a good company who sell quality products but i do have an issue about deliveries . On one occasion i paid for a specific thursday delivery but it was delivered on a wednesday and the worst thing was it was left at the back of the house in the open air and this was a £2000 streamer , 2 hours later it rained , what would have happened if i hadnt been able to recover it ? Second occasion i paid for a Saturday delivery and it was delived on a friday so i paid £15 for a service i didnt received , once again it was just a stroke of luck someone was in or it wiuld have been left once agaid open to the elements . Please you really need to have a word with DPD because on two occasion now ive paid extra postage fee for a service i didnt recieve . Thanks Geoff Brummitt .

I recently made a purchase from Peter Tyson, and unfortunately the item arrived with transport damage. As is often the case, the true measure of a company is not the problem itself, but how effectively they resolve it.
I’m pleased to say that Louise Mortenson and Steve from the customer service team were exceptional. They were understanding, proactive, and immediately took ownership of the issue, which put my mind at ease straight away.
