Great quality and excellent value…
Recent purchase of a Loewe radio was great. The pricing was excellent - the best around. Delivery was fast and efficient. Communication was generally excellent, although a small query raised by email with customer services, after delivery, wasn’t answered.
Overall, though, I was very pleased and would certainly buy from them again. They have a huge range of first class products and they never compromise on quality and value.

Lied about stock
Ordered a speaker that said on their website was due in stock in 3 to 5 days. That was on July 20th. Almost a full month later and still no word on when it will be delivered, they even told me multiple times they expect it in a few days. I get that stock issues are often not a retailer's fault but at least be honest about it. If I knew it would take this long I would have ordered from somewhere else.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Excellent delivery service. I've ordered a couple off knew thing's from these guy's. Paid for two day delivery. It was delivered the next day by dpd courier. After my holiday I will being ordering more items.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - had the DAP player at a really good price and it came really quick (quicker than expected). Clear communication all the way. Would 100% use them again.
