Your sales representatives are very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The store has a wonderful selection of furniture.

1st time inside a RF store. Tony Grattola greeted wife and I at the door and took us directly to the power reclining sofa/loveseat in our budget range. Answered all questions, gave us just the right amount of attention and “space”, worked up best price with protection plan and delivery, and gave us options on how to order if/when we decided to purchase. Purchased over phone that night and scheduled delivery for 4 days out. Looking forward to same excellent service with delivery and setup.

Jesus was amazing to work with. He listened to what I needed, walked away ( gave me a little space to make my decision). We will definitely be back to see him!

Our salesperson, Nova, was very knowledgeable. We were purchasing a mattress. She never once “stalked us”, in her words, and let us try some mattresses on our own. When we did have questions, she was so helpful. Not only did she know her stuff, but was extremely personable. She set up our account in no time at all. I would highly recommend her to future customers! Thank you, Nova, it was a pleasure!

Taichi was wonderful to work with and I’m excited for my new bed to be delivered!

Our salesman, Teon, greeted us, and once we told him what we were looking for he explained briefly the necessary points and told us to look around and he’d be there if we had any questions. He didn’t follow us around (which is very annoying to us) but let us look on our own. He was very knowledgeable when it was time to purchase. All in all a very pleasant experience. Hopefully, this will continue with the delivery service!

I worked with Joe M at the Brick store we furnished a Bedroom and a Living Room. It was an easy process and we accomplished a lot in a short time!

I Love how the delivery mens make sure they set up the furniture into the house properly and also the remote for the bed wasn’t working and they try to find out the problem and get it rectified

Delivery team excellent! Back and cushion of plaid side chair off color from sides of chair. Apparently from a different material run. Whites and tans of the plaid are brighter on back and cushion than on the sides of chair.

It's so easy to order online.

The staff was helpful and delightful from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Answered every question my husband had without annoyance and he had a lot.
We came in to purchase a mattress and the young lady that help us definitely got her steps in that day for sure!

We were greeted as we entered the store and the consultant worked with us for the next two hours to show us options for our search. Even though we spent a lot of time, it was productive with him giving us plenty of time to discuss our choices without feeling pressure to buy something.

The team member who helped us with buying our new sofa was very nice AND patient- as we went up and downstairs more than once.

Honestly Lynaya from the York store is what made the whole experience wonderful. We got our sofa on 7/18. We went in a month before that and were completely discouraged we felt rushed and not heard. We went back after looking at multiple stores and brushed off the sales associates so we could look by ourselves. We were planning on looking and just ordering online so we didn’t have to deal with anyone. Thankfully Lynaya came over and actually listened to what we wanted and helped us figure out everything. She was patient, kinda, understanding, not pushy, and just overall very helpful. I 100% recommend asking for her when you walk in.

Kristen was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in selecting a new mattress and foundation. She took her time and explained why some were better selections than others. Thank you Kristen!!
