The staff were very understanding and helpful when purchasing a clearance tv. There were some issues with the tv and a replacement was sourced.

From the first contact till the transaction was finished there was politeness and expertise given and no amount of patience. I always obtain my products from Richer Sounds as I know I will get an excellent service and good products.

When I called the web telesales team there was no date for new stock of the television that I wanted coming in, however the advisor I spoke to searched for a different model, suggested another TV and that there was one available as an 'open box' in the Nottingham store so it would be worth giving them a call. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly member of staff, Dave, who was able to give me all of the information that I needed; to offer me a 6-year warranty, and because there were a number of problems with payment he managed to arrange one through PayPal and also for it to be delivered on the day that was best for me. As I say he was very helpful and I am very grateful as I now have a working television of the correct size. Thanks very much to Dave and Richer Sounds Nottingham for such great service.

The staff in the Nottingham shop are brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very efficient and friendly staff as usual. Really glad that I had taken out Richer Sounds extended warranty as the unit proved to be beyond repair and I received full reimbursement of purchase price even though it was over 5 years old. Warranty had only cost £20 so brilliant value.

On receiving my items after a seamless purchase I was left in the dark somewhat with the poor instructions from the manufacturer. Not Richer Sounds fault, however frustration got the better of me and after contacting the store turned up the following day ready for a bit of a set to. I hadn’t bargained for sales assistant Ben, who calmly resolved the matter and without prompting set up my equipment so on returning home, plugged it in and all was well. There aren’t enough stars or adjectives available to thank Ben, who without doubt deserves an almighty pat on the back.

It was outstanding. Blows Amazon prime out of the Water.

I purchased a Sony Bravia 9 11, 85in as well as Bravia theatre quad and Sub, the deal was better than elsewhere, so thanks to Ian and Dave in the Nottingham outlet for their time. I know this TV is difficult to get hold of, so pleased it was delivered just after moving in to my new home.

I keep coming back because throughout this time, they have consistently provided a trustworthy and reliable service, long product warranty and competitive pricing. Whether it be a shop demo or on line order, it's hassle free and easy. On my recommendation, a friend ordered a projector and screen from the Nottingham branch and his experience was exactly the same. He was so delighted with the package and service, I decided to buy the Hisense PT1 instead of a 100 inch TV. Wise decision. Trade with confidence.

I have been using Richer Sounds for a number of years and always go back to them when I require some form of electronic device (that Richer Sounds cover). All the staff are always very helpful and their customer service is second to none. I always recommend using them.

We did visit the store knowing which tv model we wanted and although there wasn't one on show, due to limited space, we decided to go ahead with the purchase as it was a very good price. Having previously shopped in the store and had good service it didn't need thinking about.

I Had a Cello TV delivered and installed on July 9th, but after checking the picture it was found to be unsuitable. George the engineer took it back and refitted my original TV. Returning to the shop and discussions with Tony , I decided to upgrade to an LG OLED TV. This model was delivered and installed by a member of staff Brian to my complete satisfaction. I received very good service from the shop which included a second delivery and installation free of charge .
