Extremely polite and efficient.
Was hardly in the store for 20 minutes but walked out with exactly what we needed

In shop I was helped understand my options when my old Humax stopped working.
All worked extremely well. When the product arrived the guide for installation was not sufficiently clear.
A phone call helped but even so I have had difficulties with the new Humax.

I had a reasonable idea of what I wanted before entering the Reigate store but a chat with the staff there opened up more options and so I was glad for the face to face advice and discussion. As a family we have made frequent trips and purchases from this store over the years.

Staff are always Very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with.

Very patient explaining everything for someone who is not technically minded.
Also helpful with telephone query.

We needed to replace a CD player, we are not very techno-savvy so were very grateful for the advice and explanation of the products that were suitable for us and in our price range. It was great to be able to listen to the product before making up our minds and we didn't feel rushed in any way.
We were served by Ian who was friendly and helpful and made us feel valued.

Great service from staff members at Richersounds Reigate, transaction made very easy. Prompt dispatch and delivery. I have purchased a number of times and the whole service is always the same. Will definitely use Richersounds again. Many thanks

It's obvious the staff are passionate about what they're selling. Certainly in the Reigate branch, it feels like they know their tech! Always get good advice, prices are good and I know I'll get good customer service (if I need it!). I chose to have my purchase delivered for free as it wasn't in stock at the store and that was also a seamless experience. Highly recommended.

Very good advice and support. Technician that helped with installation, etc was competent and a very nice chap.

Having his sound studio scattered with speakers nothing was too much trouble

The new Manhattan is excellent, and your staff member was very helpful. The only problem on it is that we cannot receive teletext.

I was looking for an upgrade from my pro-ject primary e turntable. I visited the Richer sounds website and was looking through until I saw something that matched what I was looking for, and within my budget. I decided the Argon TT-3 special was for me.
The unit was in Reigate, and now live in the north east. Not a problem, said the staff from the store. I was able to buy the unit and get it shipped out, all within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, the unit sipped out was damaged. I went through a set of checks with a staff member over the phone, but could not resolve the problem there and then.
I was offered an option, to repair or replace the unit. I got the unit replaced within 24 hours, without any hassle.
I have to say thanks to Oli, Ian and Omar from the Reigate store, as they really looked after me. The level of service was beyond what I would have expected. Would I recommend Richer Sounds, Yes, I would. Would I use them again, of course.

We purchased our last TV back in 2017 from Richer Sounds in Reigate, and we had such a great experience that we decided to go back there this year (2026) to get a replacement. I'm pleased to report the same excellent service. We are very happy with our purchase following some great advice from Richard. It's great to see a local business maintaining such a high standard, I'm sure we will be back again.

Absolutely wonderful and knowledgable staff in Reigate branch. Helped my teenage grandson with his first turntable. Will definitely be returning.

The Reigate team are friendly and bet knowledgeable which made it all that much easier when eventually purchasing the Ruark system
