Would be zero stars if possible. Rushed to get all my stuff out by a certain date and they charged me for another month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

You have passed my details to a debt collection agency who are now threatening to put a default on my credit score, which would be catastrophic for me. I will absolutely go out of my way on a daily basis to make sure people use another service other than yourselves.

It is shocking how they think you can get away with ripping people off.

No payments were missed. I cleared out all my storage on the 27th of December and they tried to charge me for January (a whole extra month).

Great experience moving into building. Tony was very helpful with all my paperwork, and explaining everything about the process.

I would like to thank Marc from Safestore Glasgow centre for sorting the charging fiasco in my previous review and common sense prevailed. As such I feel it only fair to up their score from that review.
After a number of emails they agreed to reduce the charges for being half a day late to £4 from the original £94 which shows that sanity does prevail. They would have received a higher score had we not gone down this path to begin with as their core business was very good. As such we will be using them in the future.

Avoid Safestore and go to GTW instead - it is half the price, less imposition and you can pay monthly, just like any utilities, phone bill, broadband, etc.

GTW also have 1 metre higher ceilings than Safestore so you can neatly arrange all your stuff in a much smaller and cheaper unit.

Safestore is blatantly defrauding people with their nonsensical 4-week payments that are taken 3-5 days before the period finishes.

I utilized the Facility for the first time today and the Customer Care was Exceptional. The two Guys who dealt with my Storage Locker request were Marc in the main and ably accompanied by Callum and they were very Informative Pleasant,Friendly and a Credit to the Company and I will have hesitancy in recommending the Facility to Friends.

Great experience with Safestore Glasgow Central. Rented space for 6 months while having flat renovations done. Really clean and dry storage space and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.

All the staff, and especially Tony, were really helpful all the way thro' the process of getting quotes, supporting my daughter (who's at Uni in Glasgow) move her things into and out of storage, and then closing the account.
They were very supportive, helpful and patient, and made a potentially very stressful time, run very smoothly. A big Thank you.

My wife and I have used Safestore now on a couple of occasions. Once for a house move and then most recently for extra storage for work. We have found their service to be excellent, staff always helpful and very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend and will defiantly use again in the future.
